Good Morning, Everyone!

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Jerome stepped up in front of the huge audience. Not too long ago, Jerome wouldn't have been caught dead speaking publicly. All that changed when he found he had something to talk about. Jesus Christ had changed his life, and he wanted the whole world to know. Jerome truly believed that anything was possible for him, now that Jesus Christ was the center of his life. That same confidence can be ours when we turn our lives over to Jesus. Christ transforms us and enables us to do things that we doubted were possible before. Trust the Lord to help you lose weight, and watch the miracle begin.

Today's thought: I become more spiritually as I become less physically!

Gone Astray i feel you on painful marriage. That's awesome you got all that done. You definitely got in ALOT of exercise

LadyB awesome job on not eating your emotions

Ciecie yay on the laundry. I got almost all of my last load put up. Your faithfulness inspires me

Girl, that is modest. I know lots of people including myself that cant run 1 mile

Nett, working out for 40 min is da bomb!

Diana, I forget are you the one that likes to hike in the fall? I am looking for temps to be in the 70s for highs and to go hiking with kids...although my knees have been aching from working out.

I didnt workout yesterday and I didnt stick to my 4pm stop time..I was raving hungry when I got home and ate leftover dinner...I slept in today though so I didn't eat until 12pm so managed to do some IF anyways...

I woke up .4 lbs heavier lol.

I also have a migraine???

Good evening
I was busy all morning vacuuming, washing floors and did more garden weeding. DBF wasnt't able to come down as wasn't feeling well due to a med change. Hopefully he will be down tomorrow. My daughter, husband and youngest child came up in the afternoon so I had a nice visit. Not staying up late tonight as I need some sleep.

Good Morning, Everyone!

2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto me, 'My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

There are times when the hunger pangs get to be almost unbearable. A person gets shaky, she feels weak-kneed and light-headed; it almost feels like an illness. Hunger makes us aware of how really weak we are. A person who is hungry is a person who is humble. It is good for us to realize that we need help, that we are not always able to stand on our own two feet. In those times of weakness, we learn to rely on the true strength: the power of Jesus Christ. Christ comes to us in our moments of weakness, to strengthen and support us. Praise God that He never lets us fail for very long.

Today's thought: Hunger makes me weak; losing weight makes me strong!

Good morning,
Went to bed around 10, but was awake for well over an hour, I didn't sleep well the night before and I have been so busy that I thought I would conk out right away. Not sure what is going on, I like being as productive as I have been BUT, I need to be able to fall asleep. I set my alarm for 630am so my dog can eat, with his gastro issues I don't want him going too long with an empty stomach. Oh well, I always tell myself I can nap, but I never do.
DBF will be down before lunch, the only thing I need to pick up is the table in my mudroom that I do my resin at,

Afternoon on this beautiful day. Have been watching the Kansas city chiefs football game. And they won. I'm a happy camper. Cowboys football game is on in a few minutes and they just scored woo hoo

Nephew has gone for his walk but here i sit. Duh. But today I'm resting.
been to church this morning. Met a person there who asked about my last name, then told me his cousin had married a person by that same name. It was my cousin. Small world.
Everyone have a great day
