Good morning! Yangtzer, so sorry about the bingeing episodes. All of us have them. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😁📚😷🍁

Tuesday
workout: 6 miles crosstrainer
weight: 107.7 lbs

I'm feeling so grateful to Father God for my Lord Jesus Christ. I know my body is not at it's healthiest right now; still I am beyond grateful for the Holy Spirit and the wisdom from Heaven as well as SO MANY other good things God has put in my life.

Given your intense workouts, do you think maybe the binges are caused by your body craving a nutrient?
Is your back pain chronic or acute?

Hebrews 12:12
Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees.

Monica hated evenings that she had to spend alone. When she was with friends, she felt so much stronger. She put forth all her energy to have a good time when she went out. On the nights she stayed home, however, she just didn't have the strength to put on a happy front. Dieting was so much more difficult without help from friends. It is good to know that God is ever with us. On those occasions when there is no one around to help us, we can turn to God for strength and endurance. He helps us pick ourselves up and continue on our way. He strengthens feeble knees and lifts hands that hang down.

Today's thought: My energy comes from a source other than food!

Good afternoon! Yangtzer, maybe you should try easing up on the intensity of your work outs. Doing so may help ease up on the pain in your lower back. 😁🍁😷📚

Oficially I must be crazy, I went out to finish the 5x7 frame and picked up a piece I had cut thinking I might make chess pieces. Long story short, I cut them all out and have them in a container with wood conditioner overnight, i will take out and dry off in the am, now I need to make a box for them. I made myself finish up all the resin stuff, and I have spent the last few hours packing it up. I gotta shop tomorrow as DBF and 2 grands and 3 dogs are coming until Sunday, I have the spare bedrooms set but gotta vacuum and dust the rest and get all my craftf stuf put away. Hair appointment tomorrow, will grocery shop riight after so Friday I will have time to prep dinner and make sure the house is ready.

DBF
