Hey guys! I had been doing super well! My starting weight was 196 and I had gotten to 190.4 on Saturday morning! I weighed in at 193.5 this morning though, likely from the sodium and hangover from the weekend. I'll just do the only thing I can do- keep moving forward no matter what! Here's hoping it's all water weight!

Everyone is doing great so far- I'm impressed!!! :D

I am making progress. If i keep this up i should make goal. I am absolutely amazed though. I ate pizza for lunch AND dinner last night. I didn't over do it, but to see i still lost weight was awesome!

I have found that i lose weight so much better when i am not so obsessed with it. In January i was so focused on losing weight. But this month i am happy where i am and while i am watching what i eat and not eating as many carbs i am not counting every single carb and feeling miserable if i have too many.

My birthday was yesterday and I did a spectacular job of eating, LOL! I'm up from my GW in the Feb. challenge (130.6), but it's not too bad of a jump. This weekend is going to be difficult because of how much I have going on, but I'll do the best I can.

It's easy to lose weight , you can easily lose 10 pounds just by losing water but what you actually what to lose is fat . And yes you can lose ten pounds if you work hard enough til then , that will mean a lot of high intensity training and cardio :)

Starting weight: 149

Goal: 145 (redline weight for maintenance)

Currently: 146.5! (lowest I've been in a long time!)

I've been doing IF (8 hour window) and getting 10,000 steps a day....

I think being in a challenge is helping!

If you gained it that fast it's food weight or water retention no worries . I sat at 130 pounds for a long time then went down to 122 a week later and back up to 125 , now I'm at 121 (FINALLY lol ) but weight fluctuations are very normal especially when drinking lots of water and when under stress or sleep deprived so get lots of rest and relaxation :)

First, Congrats on the weight loss!!! And I just want to say I completely agree with you about doing better when we aren't obsessing!
