Hey guys! I had been doing super well! My starting weight was 196 and I had gotten to 190.4 on Saturday morning! I weighed in at 193.5 this morning though, likely from the sodium and hangover from the weekend. I'll just do the only thing I can do- keep moving forward no matter what! Here's hoping it's all water weight!
Everyone is doing great so far- I'm impressed!!! :D |

3/11-159.8 3/12-159.4 3/16-159.0 3/18-158.5 gw: 157 I am making progress. If i keep this up i should make goal. I am absolutely amazed though. I ate pizza for lunch AND dinner last night. I didn't over do it, but to see i still lost weight was awesome! I have found that i lose weight so much better when i am not so obsessed with it. In January i was so focused on losing weight. But this month i am happy where i am and while i am watching what i eat and not eating as many carbs i am not counting every single carb and feeling miserable if i have too many. |
