I know there's another April weight loss thread, so I hope this isn't bad form to post this one. I just prefer to set goals in one month increments.

Set your goal to whatever you'd like and let's start checking in for March!

My birthday was yesterday and I did a spectacular job of eating, LOL! I'm up from my GW in the Feb. challenge (130.6), but it's not too bad of a jump. This weekend is going to be difficult because of how much I have going on, but I'll do the best I can.

I'm in again! I enjoyed the February challenged even though I hardly made any progress. Not sure what my start weight is as I haven't weighed in today so I'll start posting my stats from tomorrow.

I think I'll aim for 8lbs this month to make up for my lack of loss lately.

Im in. I'm allready in a challenge for April fools, so this on is good to track each month.
I want to lose 15 pounds this month. This might change because I can't remember what my goal was to lose by April 1st. Thanks for starting this!

Notes ~ went for the gusto and set the mark at the full 10 lbs this month. Have no idea how feasible that is, I probably have only lost 10 pounds in a month once or twice in my life.

I'm on Day 4 of the scale not moving at all. Last month it stayed stagnate for 13 days before movement (which included the week before and the week of TOM) If that pattern holds true, that would mean around the 10th is when my weight will go down again, which correlates with the 24 day cycle I have been having for the past month or two.

HOWEVER, I am eating a lot less than I was previously, so that may effect it and make it kick into gear faster. I have no idea. No matter what I'm in it for the long haul and just the thought that I WILL see the 140's this month makes me SO excited!

Let the games begin :)
