Wow congrats everyone on their weightloss! I seem to be loving 176 or something cuz my scale is refusing to move!
I'm going very low sodium today so hopefully tomorow will be the day I see 175.something :) of course then it will be a water weight loss but I need something for my sanity! |
Someone told me that their WW leader told them if they are going to go out to eat is to do it on the day you weigh in. But after you weigh in of course. Which makes sense, because then you have 6 days to be good.

Well, I've only managed to drop one pound (to 148), but my goal is just three more pounds. We'll see if I can make it!

JollyGreenSteen: I am super sore. All over thighs and left hip! I'm planning a 30-40 minute walk this evening just to keep from getting too stiff! I would not have guessed how tough that first day was! Hope tomorrow is better.

hopebewild Holey C**p... 9 inches. Lets hope that that is the LAST measurable amount of snow that you will see :) The robins(hundreds of them in my backyard. I live about 1 mile in from Atlantic Ocean along a swampy waterway) came by my house about 3 weeks ago for their migration from Central/South America north... so they think that Spring should be early. I am hoping for you!!
