We took my mom out for dim sum for her birthday yesterday. I kept my calories under control, but I'm sure the sodium was out of hand. I'm just happy not to have gained.

I am so thrilled! After sitting at 161-162 for 6 weeks i finally made it below 160!! That is like the first goal for me. I just wanted to be out of the 160s. Now i have to work on getting out of the 150s. If i stay in the 150s...
