I am doing it at home without the meetings which is why I am on here as a 3FCer for the accountability and support! :D Can I ask what do you find hard about it? In the beginning, I wrote down everything on a free template I found online but now I use a free app on my phone- WWDiary to keep track of points, the only sucky thing is there is no food database/library so I use MFP (myfitnesspal) phone app to get the approximate calorie counts/fat/fiber/etc then tally up the info to put in WWDiary. Bit of a chore but it's what works for me as far as accountability goes. Are you doing the old plan (flex/momentum) along with 35 weeklies or pointsplus (PP+) with 49 weeklies?

You should check this site out, lot of WW friendly recipes and it also has a DPA (daily points allowance) calculator for PP+ if you wanna try that. There are many free online WW (for new and old) calculators out there.

amandie.... I use an app and absolutely love it. It"s Ultimate Food Value Diary Plus - 2013. It has a data base also. Just google it. I have it on my kindle and Ipad.

Thanks! I think I saw you recommend this on another thread. I am doing the old plan and this seems to be only for the new pointsplus plan, maybe one day after I reach maintenance.

Hey everyone! I was 187.0 yesterday morning, and 190.0 this morning! I didn't have as much water yesterday and I had salt, so today = hella hydration and low sodium day for me!! The good thing is that once I see a number, i KNOW it's looming closer!

I was thinking today and I realized that I am due to start TOM on April 1st, so that puts me right at the start of PMS week. And I did not like going the wrong way on the scale AT ALL. Realistically I know I haven't gained weight, but that doesn't mean it's not annoying

BUT for the first time since starting this, I had a genuine 'free' day today. Don't get me wrong, I still kept mental track and I didn't do a lot of snacking or anything, but my calories were right at 2000 and that is WAY more than I have been eating.

Figured, I'd go ahead and cycle in a high cal day and it worked out for the best anyway. Of course, if the scale reads 10 pounds heavier tomorrow, I reserve the right to change my mind. :D

That is absolutely awesome! Congrats and I hope your first day back is fun and that you have found the right environment.
