Wow just a week left really. I skipped my Monday weigh in. But I did sneak a peek last night. It was after dinner and before going to bed. I weight 189 :(. I making myself wait till Monday to weigh again. But I knew I didn't help with last weeks debacles.

Hey wannabefitnessbuff, the positive thing is that you looked! You are making yourself accountable! There will often be little regains and/or water weight, but you've proven you are in control of them. Don't sweat it!
I had a good weigh in this morning. 188.8! I am feeling slowly more secure in the 180's, and omg just 3.3 lbs away from NOT BEING OBESE!! AHHHHH!! SW:196 CW: 188.8 GW: 185.5 (No longer obese!) |

Yesterday was a stellar day. And today I have been on plan! In fact since I spent so much time on here yesterday I decided to take 3fc t the gym via iPhone. I'm walk/ jogging on the treadmill. Already 3.75 miles and 43ims into my hour long session. I feel so motivated to finish march strong and see at least the 185 again by months end! |
