emurph.. I know what you mean. I have to buy my hubby things I don't like or I tell him to hide them so I won't see them. He's a real good hidder.

Well girls I can't see myself reaching the challenge goal in 9 days. Hopefully someone will start a new challenge for April. I think the nicer weather will help. So depressing with all this snow and cold. I went to a party last night. I didn't do to bad but bad enough. I'll keep plugging along though. :cry:

Notes ~ Grrrr. I had my heart set on a drop this morning. lol. Its just odd for my weight to be stagnate right now, this is usually when I am able to drop weight!

I am eating VERY low cal, between 1000 and 1200 a day. I know that seems way low to some folks, but when you are 5 feet tall, and on the lower end of the scale (relatively speaking) that is what it takes to lose weight without it being like 2 lbs a month.

Having said that, I may have to cycle in a couple higher calorie days just to get the scale to move. Occasionally it takes that to jump start it a bit. I always hate that, b/c there is this unreasonable fear that I'm undoing everything I have been trying to do and that it's going to stall weight loss or, even worse, reverse it.

I don't know. Will probably stick it out a few more days and see what happens.

It's good even if we don't make goal, we are working hard and being conscious!!! Everyone on here is very encouragig.

I was disappointed this morning I gained 2 lbs, I know it's not fat, but honestly I hardly ate anything yesterday and worked out. I didn't drink a lot of water and was in a car for 4 hours though. I'm hoping it goes away by Mon or Tues, and then I'll lose my last 2 lbs. Ugggh.

I am doing low carb, low calorie, and intermittent fasting. So, 3 diets in 1! ha ha I've been losing almost 1/2 pound a day so I am happy and my energy is actually higher than before I was dieting. I guess I'll have to make it a lifestyle not a diet if I want this energy to continue.

I'm counting calories using MyFitnessPal. I try to eat a moderate amount of carbs, usually between 100 and 130 grams daily but definitely no more than 150. I also exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
