Congrats to all of you losers! Ya'll keep it up and you will reach your goal this month. I am in bed sick with the flu so I don't know how my weight will look at the end of the month.
I am scheduling surgery in the coming weeks to have the pelvic mesh removed that was put in 4/1/12. I have had nothing but complications and pain with it. I guess my weight will go up after surgery with all of the fluids and dextrose (sugar) they will be giving me. There will be a great deal of reconstruction done as I have a great deal of internal damage done. I know my dieting and exercise will be on the back burner in the coming weeks. |

mackinac19: I am also doing IF with a 3 to 5 hour window. (Depends how late I plan to stay up) My window starts at 5 pm, because I am not hungry during the day. Happy IFing! |

Kayin- I love IFing. With my current issues, I am doing a long window of 10/14 to 12/12 to give my digestive system more of a rest. It is odd going from a short eating window to eating all day, lol. Best thing out of IF is having learned that being hungry will not kill me and I can sleep through the night when going to bed hungry. |

Whoa.. haha yea first time I ate out in a long time and I planned this into my week so I'm okay with it. Funny thing is the cheeseburger and fries didn't taste as good as I remember. The milkshake was pretty awesome though :D Hope everyone is doing well!! |
Sarabobera, I'm a single mom with 2 kids under 5. I don't remember what it means to relax lol. But thanks for the tip! When I win the lottery R&R will be tops on my todo list.
