Starting couch 2 5k tomorrow!) 10: 183.5 11: 184 (I am starting to see a pattern) 12: 184 (at this rate I'll be lucky to hit 5 pounds for the month!) 13: 183.4 14: 182 Week 3 15: 182.6 16: xx 17: 184 (ugh, wrong direction. TOM) 18: 183 19: 183 (I think I am hitting my first real plateau! I hate this!) 20: xx (terrible TOM, hopefully will see a couple of pounds gone in a few days) 21: 182.4 (well, I'm almost back to where I was last week!) Week 4 22: 181.4 23: 181.2 (I hit 5 pounds today! I won't make 10, but hopefully 7-8 for the month:)) 24: 181.2 25: 181.6 (ugh) 26: 180.8 (come on, 170s!) 27: xx (DS's bday Italian and cold stone- too afraid to weigh) 28: 180.6 Week 5 29: 30: 31: It looks like I'll be lucky to hit 7 pounds for this challenge, but I guess that's better than nothing! Maybe I'll have more self control in April! |
katy- I think it sound slike you have got it figured out! I agree. Just think even at only 4 lbs per month yopu could be 12 lbs lighter by the 4th of July. That would make you 138 lb! Can you imagine! And that time will really fly by. You got this. Healthy is the best. It will actually work and it will stay off.
Emurph- WOOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Havent weighed yet this morning. Waiting for my coffee to do its trick.... Yesterday DH made a delicious dinner. Broiled steelhead baked sweet potato which I dressed with a little smart balance light, and roasted asparagus. It was so good and so filling. And came out to only 350 calories. I had enough left over calories to enjoy a glass of cabernet. Was quite the lovely night :). I use MFP and I was looking at my nurtients and saw a crazy high amount of sodium. I havent been paying too much attention to sodium so far, but this was inasnely over. So I started looking through my daily foods for what the cause was, and the vegetarian canned chili I ate for lunch (I ate the whole can which was 420 calories) had ungodly amounts of sodium. I have ate that chilli as a fast easy meal for years. Never again. And to think back when I could eat it with tortilla chips! Anyways a bit leary that my weight will pop up as a result of all the salt. I had a dream I was back up 5 lbs! Ha! Edited to add:So I weighed in and 183.4. Not so bad of a jump back up! Feeling pretty good about it. Especially after the dreams of seeing 186 again! |

wannaBfitnessbuff - Chili's my killer food too. I love it but it always has sooooooo much sodium! Hope your weight's not up because of it! As for me, my weight went back up yesterday to 216 but is down today to 215.2 so I think my system has gone back to normal after my procedure. Technically, Monday is when I reached my mini-goal of losing 10% of my weight but now I've for sure reached it. I'm really excited because my next mini-goal is Onderland! My flab didn't get the message to melt off overnight since the BMI chart says I'm no longer overweight. LOL! I really need to start getting serious about adding in weights because I have a lot of smoosh. |
