Well I really don't see me hitting my goal for this month. I've been stuck at 176 for days now. Myfitnesspal said for me to lose .5 pounds a week I need to eat less than 1800. I've been doing that for a while and I'm losing about .5 pounds a month! Somethings not right here. :(

hopebewild: When I do my Weight Watchers points I try to not hit the limit. Maybe go down in calories 500. And drink tons of water which always helps me when I hit a plateau. It's not to late. We can do this.

Having a great week. The scale is finally going down. I actually think I may make my goal. Or at least close to it..
