Today is my first day in many years (minus being pregnant) that I am not taking birth control pills. I'm interested to see how this affects things!

This week's weigh in was a complete success. I have met and exceeded my 5lb goal for the month. Yes!!! I guess I'll go ahead and push for the other 5lbs before the month is over. I am new to this site and I would like to thank everyone for sharing their experiences, it has really helped me push past my usual two weeks of dieting, and giving up.

1987: Don't feel bad. I actually gained this week. I see lots of weight losses here though. So it can happen. I don't think I'm going to make goal unless I make some drastic changes. Which probably won't happen. But this is the start of a new week for me so here goes!:carrot:

3/11-159.8 3/12-159.4 3/16-159.0 gw: 157 Slowly making progress. I am back on track and feeling amazing. I am 1/2 a pound away from being 10 pounds down since January 1st. But that being said i only lost weight in January and now in March. I spent February seeing if things stuck(as in my healthy habits) or if i just went right back to junk. |
