Today is my first day in many years (minus being pregnant) that I am not taking birth control pills. I'm interested to see how this affects things!

This week's weigh in was a complete success. I have met and exceeded my 5lb goal for the month. Yes!!! I guess I'll go ahead and push for the other 5lbs before the month is over. I am new to this site and I would like to thank everyone for sharing their experiences, it has really helped me push past my usual two weeks of dieting, and giving up.

Emurph - interesting. I wonder how not taking those hormones will change your body :) Hopefully WELL!

ShaMac GOOD for you! Its a wonderful thing to have to adjust your goal to a lower weight cause you surprised yourself :) Yeah!!

Its Saturday and I hit 174.8! I think I'm adjusting my end of month goal to 170.something. that will still be a major success for me! Oh and I only need to lose .8 pounds to no longer be obese!!!!!!

1987: Don't feel bad. I actually gained this week. I see lots of weight losses here though. So it can happen. I don't think I'm going to make goal unless I make some drastic changes. Which probably won't happen. But this is the start of a new week for me so here goes!:carrot:

Hey snowtopper, thanks for the kind words. Yeah I'm trying not to feel bad about it, I am the smallest I have ever been so that means more to me than a number on a scale! :)

Slowly making progress. I am back on track and feeling amazing. I am 1/2 a pound away from being 10 pounds down since January 1st. But that being said i only lost weight in January and now in March. I spent February seeing if things stuck(as in my healthy habits) or if i just went right back to junk.
