Oh Emurph..... I hope your hubby is going somewhere safe. Thank God for emails/Skype etc. Its not the same as being face to face, but it helps.

Notes ~ Went to Mississippi for a wedding over the weekend. Food was fine, and calories were at a deficit all 3 days. I didn't do as well with water, although I kept it up, just not to the same level.

I'm finally in my week or so where I lose my weight for the month and this makes me very happy :)

Katydid77: All in all it doesn't sound like you did too bad. At least you had water. That's better than nothing.

sassyangies: Glad the scale is on the downsize. That always is a boost, and you want to keep doing good.

As for me. I did good all day today. I made this concoction of lemon and cucumbers in my water. Hoping to loose some of the drasted salt gain.
