SW/CW: 171 GW: 164 Hoping to make this because that would put me in the overweight category from obese! Funnily enough, I don't feel obese but apparently I am according to bmi standards. Anyway, shooting for overweight territory at the end of this month!!!! :exercise: |
Those BMI standards are so outdated. I don't know why they are continually used in the medical community!! I realize it's a population thing, but height/weight isn't a snug fit for everyone.
