wannaskipandlaugh....I've learned not to even weigh in for the next couple of days after eating out anywhere. It's the salt thing that all restaurants do. I went to Olive Garden last night so I'm surely not going to even think about weighing in until Saturday. I can't believe they are allowed to use so much salt. Water retention for sure.

I couldn't agree more on the not weighing in when you eat out. The salt! I can't believe the water retention. That's what caused me to gain like 3 lbs overnight. I went out to eat at Applebee's and getting on the scale the next day sucked. I've "saved up" for local gas station pizza tonight, it's sooooooooooo good. But I'll probably be skipping Monday's weigh in :) This is why I eat at home. |
