Hey everyone- I have been a little down today -- my Anxiety/Panic Attacks have been pretty bad today. I have managed to get through them again.

I hope that everyone is OK today.

I am really tired and I am going to bed. I will post again tomorrow.

Hi Guys...

It's really a sucky Sunday for me. So many emotional/drama issues came up and its really what triggers me to eat eat eat and eat and that's exactly what I did. *sigh its depressing.

Ever get the feeling like people closest to you try to sabotage your efforts?
I'm going through this now. I don't really understand why though.. people yak yak yak at me for being overweight and the moment they see that I'm doing something about it... they do things to make it more difficult. It's saddens me and it pissed me off. So what do I do .. I raid the damn fridge..
and I don't feel at all like exercising. The funny thing is I should feel bad about not wanting to exercise but I'm not guilty at all. *spanks self

Tomorrow is another day.. to get back on my diet/exercise feet.

I hope everyone is doing better than I am.

Keep it going girls... I'm slacking.. don't be like me.. LOL
I won't wear that crown on Friday.. nearly everyone has taken dibs on the 27th... I'll take the crown the week after.. ha.. LOL

Hi everyone,
I've improved on my water drinking, although its still not where it should be. But at least I gave Diet pepsi a break.

Tuesday is my birthday but it doesn't look like I will be in those size
16. But I'm going to try them on anyway just in case!!

Scalewatcher, a friend of mine from years back, has panick attacks. I remember her explaining how she felt she couldn't breath. I'm glad you're okay now. I'm glad your GD is doing better. I'm praying for you.

Gordie, there are sobotagers. Sadly, they are usally family or other love ones.
Plus you sound like me as far as being a emotional eater. When all my Grand Kids come over i could eat every Krispy Kreme in town!!:

Good Morning,
Aunt Flo showed up. That explains why I wanted to eat the Choc icing yesterday out of the can. Don't worry I resisted!!I guess I better drink extra water this week to help with the bloating.

My grand kids spent the night. That's all i'm saying about that!

Well its a new week and I'm ready to win the crown. Sounds like some of you have given up already and its still early! That's alright, I will make you my foot stools as the crown is being placed on my head. MUUAAAAAWW! (EVIL LAUGH)

Sorry Aunt Flo does this to me. Muuaawww (again the evil laugh)

Kiwi don't you just hate the feeling of being bloated I hate it I feel like I gained weight when my monthly visitor comes.

Well Gordie, Scalewatcher, Missindy and My Ivy which I haven't seen on the board Come on ladies chins up this is going to be a good week All of us are going to lose weight! If not Kiwi is going to use as her foot stool hmm we don't want that.

Hi everyone!

Happy Birthday on Tuesday Kiwi!

THis just isn't my week at all.. having typed that it just occurred to me how negative it sounds. Someone hit me with a bat please?

The foot is better though my laziness has come around again. lol.
I've been drinking a lot of water as well. I saw someone's ticker here and it said 90oz of water.. and im thinking what's that in ML... then i drank this 16oz (half liter) bottle of green tea.. and I thought.. omg that's a LOT of water.
The only thing I dont like about that is for some reason my bladder is more active at night.. and that wont get me much sleep hahahaah.

As far as the diet goes.. I'm really really craving for pizza again but I'm doing alright.. still eating the allowed portions but I'm not as mindful of the fat content.... that's the laziness for you again.

I found an old blouse I used to love wearing when i wasn't as heavy... and its now hanging on my wall... more like a reminder.. I'll try it on every two weeks. Hopefully I will feel the difference.

My sister has panic attacks.. she is under medications for it. It scares me sometimes.. she comes into my room and you can tell she's not alright and she isn't breathing well. Now.. my sister.. I love her to death.. she's like my mom and best friend rolled into one. I'm trying to get her to post here still and try to motivate her to lose weight with me. It really wont do good for me to pester her about it.. cause if anything is for certain.. she is stubborn like me.. lol.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Kiw.. who's given up? Not me.. Im just slow to start.. no matter how motivated i am. hahahah donuts sound really great right now... we have this local donut shop.. cream cheese frosting with strawberry filling in the center.. ah.. im drooling just thinking about it. I know.. im not helping.. :<

Oh Kiw.. as far as being an emotional eater.. how is it with you? when you're upset? or when you're happy? Me? I make no distinction.. hahah
I have some friends who lose appetitte (sp) when they are sad.. and Im thinking.. ok why can't I be like that.. lol

Hi Everyone!!!

Wow what a weekend I had.....I had HUGE obstacles to over come.....Friday night neighbors decided to have a bonfire.... along with that came BEER...and PIZZA not exactly diet food So after everyone had politely asked me if I would like a beer or pizza and I graciously turning it down
felt pretty good...I was able to sip my water and enjoy good company...

I do have a vent though....Why does EVERYTHING involve FOOD?
Can people NOT gather WITHOUT EATING!!!

My girlfriend and her kids stopped by on Saturday for a visit, and of course wanting to order a pizza was brought up I ate my salad as everyone ate
Sunday was the World Series Game and guess what....FOOD FOOD FOOD arghh I cannot escape temptation...I am weak I am weak....

But....for the 1st time EVER I stuck to my diet all weekend long with all those food obstacles....

Off my soap box..thanks for letting me vent....

Sorry to hear about the panic attacks.... I have a Mitral Valve Prolaspe which triggers attacks similar to "panic attacks" and I know they are not fun.

Kiwi...maybe need to avoid "Aunt Flo" she seems like a "trigger" Icing out of the can eh?...never tried it, maybe on my next binge I'll go for it...

Gordie.. Yes Kiwi is right there are those who want to destroy your efforts..why? because they see you trying to improve your life, makes them to have to take a look at their own and what they should FIX in their own life. Make sense? Don't let them...you are doing this for YOU!!!! For your own peace of mind and your own HEALTH...You can do it....you CAN win the crown...(but not this week it is MINE ) yeah thats right Kiwi, I said it it is MINE cuz I am Danni Marie and I am kicking butt


It is a new week, fresh outlooks and remember to keep moving.......

As far as avoiding Aunt Flo. She's not to fond of my other relative, Minnie Pause, the more Minnie is around the less I see of Aunt Flo. But Minnie has her own issues.

There are Pills to limit Aunt Flo's visits Exercise always limits my visits from my Aunt.....

And as far as old Minne Pause I have not heard of ways to avoid her.....yet..

Hey Everyone- Sounds like you all are starting out the week right. I am glad to hear it. I am trying to get going. I am still having a rough time right now. I feel like everything is caving in around me. I just had a call from my Wellcare Nurse and she said she is sending my Dr a report that I am showing signs of depression. Well, who would not be depressed if you are having a lot of physical pain and emotional stress. I am sorry about my venting but I just am needing to let it out. I have had a really stressful (last) week and this week is not looking much better. Please forgive me if I am rambling on about me. Enough about me.

Kiwi- What do you mean "thinking about eating frosting from a can." When my children (4 of them) were young we would by a can of chocolate fudge frosting and eat a spoonful everyday until it was gone. Brings back good memories.

Danni Marie- I'm proud of you for not letting pear pressure get the best of you.

Gordie- The old blouse you used to love wearing is a great incentive for you.

Want2behealthy- We might have to let Kiwi be Queen this week just because it is her Birthday.

Hi i finally got here I guess I missed the friday & monday weigh in I work weird shifts including nights I have trouble in the winter drinking a lot of H2O but will try right now I am Just trying to eat good and less not really following any "diet" I do cardio and weights 3x/week for about 1 1/2 hours each time it the food that giving me the most trouble right now i will work on that The support will be great to have Good luck to us all!!

Hi Suz!! You aren't too late. Glad you found us.

I'll probably cheat tomorrow so I'm going to lose some money in my Piggy Bank. I will try to keep it under control but at least it may help some of you to catch up. HAHA I know that was ugly!! Thank goodness for the posting money!! That maybe all I get tomorrow!! But since it is .50 cents per offense I think I may stick to 1 slice of cake. Of course I don't think anyone mentioned how big the slice has to be!!
