16oz of water is not alot. Its like buying a bottle of coke from the store. Think how many of those you can drink a day and try switching to bottled water. I like freezing them just enough to get icy. You can add Crystal light and make a slushy the same way. Great during the summer heat.

I did great today I exercised and then worked out all day in the yard. Working in the yard makes me want more water. I hope the scales are good to me although for some reason Aunt Flo is still here.

Hey everyone - I need to do a quick post tonight. I have been gone all day with my DH its his Birthday and we went to Animal Kingdom. Tomorrow we go to EPCOT with my oldest daughter and her husband. THen tomorrow night is the big surprise party for my DH. I hope we can pull it off.

I have been doing very well OP today even though I was out of the house. I drank alot of water as usual. It is very easy for me I have always drank alot of water everyday.

what I'm going to do is buy about 5 bottles of bottled water.. that way I can just refill and be able to really count how much water I drink.

I didnt get to go to the gym today cause my boyfriend was home and we watched a marathon of TV series... over the internet LOL thank God he's got a mini home theatre and its almost like watching real TV.. the picture and video quality is great.. *sigh would be so much better if we were actually on the same couch but we do with what we got.. amazing what the internet can do to keep people in touch. 40,000 miles separating us gets forgotten somehow.. for that I am thankful and it makes me want to eat japanese food. LOL

ANyone else going to post pics? lol come on ladies... dont let me be alone in post my mug here in our thread.

Danni you lost 3 pounds!!! Yahoo! I don't think I would have lost anything if I hadn't done this challenge. It was just a hard week with BD and Flo and cravings!!

Scalewatcher I'm not sure If can double my water intake anytime soon. I felt like I was floating as it was.

Once we pick the Queen we can tweak the game if anyone is wanting to.

Good Morning everyone

I wasn't good this week with keeping track of my postings and water and working out so I don't have a total. I'm not working out of home I'm actually back in the office so it becomes a little difficult.

So I lower my hat and say good job to all those that did a great job. Kiwi maybe we can tweak the game a little bit if no one minds so I can join in on it because I missed out if not I understand.

Well, its a new week so I hope everyone can get on board this week! I am going to do better. There is no way I can walk ten miles a day Scalewalker so I am going to have to come up with other ways to beat you!!

Now is the time to start tweaking the game. After today you can't until next Friday. We all need to agree with the tweaking.

My tweak is that all my points are doubled while of you lose half your points!!

I don't think it needs to be tweaked. Obviously, the walking doesn't need to be made worth more (geez Scalewatcher, you're amazing!). I think I just need to actually pay attention this week and keep better track. The thing that sucks is that I'm a server. I couldn't even tell you how much I actually walk cause we have a big restaurant. However, I'm usually so tired from running around all night that I don't want to work out.

Hey everyone - I just got home from Epcot and we are about to leave to go to my son's house for the suprise party.

I just wanted to say that I find therapy for my GAD and my back problems in walking. I have a treadmill in the house and I also do mall walking sponsered by the local hospital. I also walk at the West Orange Trail with my sister. I love water and can't seem to get enough of it. I do need to get in some more bike riding as I didn't get any this week. I disagree with Kiwi about tweeking double her and half ours. I will check my posts when I get home tonight to see what changes have taken place. So does this mean that I am the QUEEN

I know i am late posting so I will just say congrats to scalewatcher

i was reading an articule last night about water and how much you are supposed to drink Here goes take you weight and divide by 2 and thats how many oz you should be drinking but wait theres more if you are a coffee drinker for every cup of coffee you add 8oz more water to your total thats scary and far to many trips to the bathroom

I did not keep tabs on things but will starting in the morning and I will do losr next week does any walking count causr I do a lot of that at work I will just have to put on my pedometer to keep track i will do better next week

Hi everyone and Good Morning Queen Scalewatcher.
Your humble servant wishes to address the court.

Its 1:00 AM so I am having this count for Saturday morning. I may not be able to post because tomorrow is the Fall Party so I will be busy until evening.

I think that the walking is suppose to be a consistent non stop walking for it to count Suz. At the office you stop and go. But what everyone agrees to is fine with me. I mean I walk alot in the yard so if you want to count it that's fine with me.

What is her Highness's opinion?
