Hail Queen Scale
Hail Queen Scale
Hail Queen Scale

I humbly bow before your feet!

That is a lot of exercise.

As far as tweaking, I think we should clarify exercise...to "me" exercise is taking time out of your normal day to work out, weather it be dancing, biking, walking ect. If I walk around at work or shop with friends to me IMO that is NOT exercise. Yes for a very inactive person who "never" did that kind of stuff it would be great they are up and moving but, walking should only be time you set aside from your day to do so, dancing as well, if your exercise program is gonna be danicing everyday for 30 mins like I do then if I go out dancing on the weekend that does not count to "our" totals it is just a huge "bonus" for me..makes sense? Cuz if I counted all of my walking shopping and work etc. pretty much that is all I do and my totals would sky rocket. my :2cents: on that subject..everything else I vote to keep the same

Everyone good luck this week!

Scale.....um you better watch your back, cuz I am coming up to take that crown away Enjoy it now cuz it's the last time you will have it.......
JK
enjoy you deserve it.....

Danni 3lbs lighter...

MESSAGE FROM THE

OK Ladies - I am in big trouble - OH BY TH WAY -Good afternoon everyone-

Well, this is the story: Thursday and Friday DH and I spent a WDW for his B-Day. Thursday - Animal Kingdom and Friday EPCOT. Needless to say I have not been OP for these two days. I did get alot of walking in. But eating as well. I am so disappointed in myself because I have been stuck again and haven't dropped any weigh. Then what do you know DH has a b_day and I jumped on the wild horse and took off. I know that when I get on the scales again they Won't be stuck but they will be moving up not down.

I did ok on Thursday but on Friday I ate too many of the sample foods at FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL . I have already punished my self by giving my self -$10.00 in Offenses for the coming week. OH YEAH did I mention the Carrot/Walnut CAKE with CREAM CHEESE FROSTING . Yea It was AWESOME .

AS YOUR I COMMAND YOU TO NOT DO AS I HAVE DONE.

OK I know what you're going to say and I know you're right and I am starting fresh today and plan for a great day.

Thanks for your support.

Kiwi- I hope your Festival is going well. My DD and DGD are both working booths at their church today. My church had ours on Oct.5. Annual Community Gathering. Lots of food, music, games, health screenings.

Oh well, I have to start dinner for DH. Maybe I check in later if not then surely tomorrow.

Okay everyone has gone!! The party was great. We had almost 150 people who showed up at my house and the place didn't get trashed!! We had Hay rides. We had booths up for the kids to play games and 3 legged races for us older ones. Plus the men showed there muscles with a game of tug of war!! Hilarious!! We had the guitars and drums playing. Horse shoes, Basket ball, And Oh the Food!! We had the biggest crab boil!!!Plus 3 huge bags of Oysters!! Tons of Dessert!! (I did eat 1 slice of Italian Creme Cake)
Everyone who came commented on how great everything was and how much fun it was. I've never thrown a party where you tried to meet the need of every age group but we did it!! I would have to say it was a total Success!!

Now I'm ready to go to bed.

I'll write tomorrow. Ms. Queen Scalewatcher, keep it up and I'll be more than happy to take the crown!!

Ms. Queen do extra work for me. Cause when i get home from church I'm resting!

Hi everyone,
I'm calling it an early night so I'm writting before hitting the sheets. Isn't that awful! Its only 7:53 and I'm ready for bed.
We had a great time after church. I got some exercise in by playing bat mitten. Remember that game? I haven't played it in years but we set it up yesterday and decided to play. I have such a competitive family.

Tomorrow I'm going for a massage. My husband bought me a gift cert. to have one so i'm taking advantage of it.

I think that next Friday I am suggesting that on the weekend all bets are off. Then we get back on track M-F.
Its hard not to cheat when you got your family around. Of course I guess i might cheat more if it didn't count. But i'm suggesting it anyway.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend and is looking forward to a cheatless week!

Okay...So, I'm totally ready for this week. I bought some fruit at the grocery store. That may not seem like a huge thing, but I'm in college, and I don't actually keep fruit in the room cause it spoils before I eat it. However, this time is different. I'm gonna do better. I'm still working on the exercise thing. Serving just wears me out. I'll keep working on it though. Hmm...maybe I'll go for a walk after I get off here. Nothing huge with running, just a walk. Okay, I'm off.

I'm here, and I'm definitely competing. I have a question though. I gained about 5 pounds for tom. So, how do I count losing pounds? Is it from Friday or my original weight? Anyway, I'm kicking butt on the water thing. Never was a big water drinker, but that's one thing I've managed well so far. yea!!!

Here is the info on water that I talked about last week....

One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University study.

Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

(No kidding, all of the above is true...)
