calories for yesterday were 2100...
I'm going to do better day... I'll average out my calories for the week. have a great day everyone! |
Welcome PurplePansy!! Looks like we have similar stats and goals. I'll be upstate NY this summer, we're having a little family reunion in Lake George for a week at the end of July. It's nice up there, are you close to there at all?
Yes, I found Smoo's link when doing a search on the transfirmer. I'm still frightened of that workout :yikes: The Omron was the brand of pedometer that I bought, I hope it comes today or tomorrow. B: - L: yogurt, mini bagel D: pork tenderloin, potatoes, asparagus, turnips, applesauce. S: Kudos bar, granola bar I think earlier in the day? Points: 24 Exercise: just cleaning Water: hardly any :( I have a jewelry dem to go to tonight I hope I don't pick too much. Plus we told the kids we'd have pizza, I think I'll be digging into my bonus points today...especially if I drink. I'll check out those book recommendations on Barnes & Noble.com thanks. The one I have now is only a 7 day loan so I'll have to finish it this weekend, luckily it's only a couple hundred pages. My sister let me borrow her new WW cookbook. I'll go through it today and photocopy any recipes that I think look good so I can share them. Have a great weekend everyone! |
TGIF girls! Hope everyone's hanging in there, ready to have a great weekend!
Maureen, enjoy your night, sounds like alot of fun! Yummmmm I love pizza! Let me know how your new pedometer works out for you. I don't want anything that's too complicated but want something that's actually going to work. Have a great weekend! Welcome PurplePansy! Have a great day. Ladies, have a wonderful weekend and keep up the good fight! |
Hey Gang - TGIF!!!!!
I had the day off and I am wiped. I treated myself to my first Hair Cut (profession) in a long time. I really need to find a good stylist and everyone I have been referred to is so far away so I just went to the hair cuttery for a trim and some layering. I am happy, but want to see someone regularly who can help me with having thick long hair. Not everyone can cut it well. Ran a lot of errands and got some (smaller) suit jackets so I could have soemthing to wear to the office until a can pick up the others from the dry cleaner/alterations place I just dropped them off at. Also went to the ob today. She said it is great I started this path and noted the lost. Also my blood pressure was pretty normal on the first read (for some reason I always get nervous and it is off the charts so they do it agian when I am not ready for it - middle or end of the exam). She took a second reading and it was actually low (110/76) so this path is working. Sorry I have been away for a bit dh was on the road for 3 days and the person I worked with was sick so...it has been some long hours/days. Take care all and keep up the good work. Erin |
100 squats
Hi everyone! Sorry I have not been here! It sounds like everyone is doing well or at least doing something positve in their life.
Well, I had my first complete session with my trainer DeWayne today. Yes, he had me do a hundred squats. I thought I was going to die in the seventies. My legs were pretty weak after that, that was the last thing that I did. I really enjoy working with him. I have surprised him some so far. I didn't give up as easy as he thought I might when things got tough. Looking forward to the next session with him. I will have my own private room from now on. So I don't have to feel bad around all of those skinny people. Well, I am going to go! I actually have to work this weekend. I will have 5 days off in a row next week though. It is spring break here at VT. tThat is when I will be cleaning house myself. LOL to all of you! Catherine |
Have A Great Weekend Everyone!!!!!!!!!
|
Hello ladies! I had a good week this week (despite being bloated and sick) but I'm worried about next week. I have midterms and other big tests coming up.. I probably won't have time to exercise :( Hopefully I'll make up for it on the nice 4 day weekend that follows!
Catherine - I'd be falling over after 100 squats! Way to go! It sounds like you got a really great workout with your trainer :) Have an awesome weekend, everyone! |
Catherine - Glad you are liking your trainer..Way to go on the squats...I agree with katie about falling over...
I'm thinking about joining a gym...I ran into a old friend and she just started going to one and wants me to go with her. |
I did it, guys! I lost 3 pounds and now I have a healthy BMI of 24!! :carrot: Now that I'm 10 pounds away from the goal on my ticker, I'm beginning to question that end weight. I just pulled that number out of the air a long time ago and I don't really know if it's my ideal weight. Any suggestions?
Hope everyone is having a great weekend! |
Saturday
Katie, congratulations on your loss this week!!! :cheer: You have done an amazing job so far, be very proud of all your success so far. 10 more pounds, that's wonderful. Awesome feeling to be on the other side of the board and be thinking about what goal # you really want, huh? Go you!!!
Donna, how ya doing today? Any decisions yet about the gym? I would love to have a buddy to go with, then I wouldn't be so intimidated in going to one. Catherine, I'm so glad that you are enjoying the trainer. Yikes, 100 squats! My legs would have been screamin. Good for you for getting all of them in. Can't wait to hear more good news with training, he sounds like he's just what you needed. Hey Sarah, how's your weekend so far? Hope you're having a good time. Erin, how do you like your new hair cut? I am trying to grow mine out for the first time in about 20 years, it should be interesting to say the least. I've worn it in a bob for so long I don't even remember what it's like to have lots of hair. I'm hoping that I can stick it out and keep growing it so i can have some long flowy hair. :D Just hope that I don't get mad one day and whack it all off! Great news about the bp! Something's definitely working and you're on the right track! Go you! How's everyone else, hopefully you can drop in and let us know how you are! Be good! |
Just a quick note!
Just wanted to let you all know that it is very difficult today to sit down in a chair or on the toilet. I have to hold on to something. I have tried to work my legs some, to work out the pain. Has not worked yet. Yes, the trainer is what I need. He has already pushed me farther than I would go myself.
Well, I need to go take care of my daughter. She has a pretty good bug! Fever and vomiting and stomach. Hope she will be better later. I promise to get to personals soon. LOL to all of you, Catherine |
Erin - That's GREAT news about your blood pressure! Post a pic of your new hair style. I have no hair style right now! Ponytail.
Catherine - I know just how you feel when you saw it hurts to sit down!! It sounds like you're getting a great workout with your trainer! Sorry DD is sick. Katie!! Congratulations! I say get to your first "goal" and then reevaluate. I seen lots of people here actually say once they got to their first goal, they continued to lose. I have a goal of 150. But to be honest I have NO idea if that's where I'll end up. The closest I've been to that is 172 about 7 years ago and while I still had excess fat, I felt great and wore a size 10/12. I'd like to get to an 8/10 this time. I'd say my gal is between 150-160 probably. Nothing new going on here. Gotta go grocery shopping today. Lots of fruit, veggies and lean protein! Have a good day! |
starting over...again
Hey everyone!
We went out of town for the weekend and I started out fine but it got hard keeping up with the points so I just threw caution to the wind. Of course we did a lot of walking while we were gone so it wasn't a complete disaster. I figure I'll just get up in the morning and start all over. The boys did OK but our middle one got sick while we were there. He got really congested and started coughing really bad. Then last night after we got home he started running fever. He seems to be fine today but really congested. Anyway, just wanted to say doing OK on this end and hope everyone else is. serena |
Monday
Hello ladies:
I hope you all had a great weekend. Catherine: I would have collapsed after 20 squats. I did hardly any exercise the last few days, tonight I'll have to force myself. Serena: I hope your DS feels better. Donna: let us know if you decided to join with the old friend, it would be good for both of you. Nori: How's your DD, has she been sleeping better? I had wine and dessert at the jewelry dem on Friday and I'm guessing I used about 20 bonus points. I still lost 2 lbs last week but I'm afraid this week will be a different story, maybe that will help me exercise more. This week I'm going to try to increase my water, I think I need an IV. Posting this just made me realize I never got my pedometer in the mail...maybe today. Yesterday I made veggies au grautin to go with dinner (with 1% milk and reduced fat italian cheeses) it was very good. If I stay on track I should reach Onederland by my birthday (3/28)! |
Morning everyone!
Catherine - whoa, feel the burn! I hurt like that the 1st day after I did my first Firm tape. I always just tell my self my legs are shrinking...my legs are shrinking. :) Hope your daughter gets better soon. Serena - welcome back to the bandwagon! LOL I fall off ALL the time. The good news is, you can still lose weight. Good for you for having the determination! Nori - I'm with you about not knowing the exact goal. It's hard to know what will be "perfect." Danielle - Hello! I'm telling you, my hair grew like crazy when I was pregnant. I don't know if it was the hormones or the prenatal vitamins, but I'd bet if you take any multivitamin it will speed along your growth. :) Donna - how's it going today? Katie! WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mo - what's new in your boss's world? Erin - you're an inspiration! I'm actually on hbp medicine now, and have been for a week. I'm hoping that the mdicine, my exercise, better eating, and weight loss will lower mine substantially. Has anyone tried the Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman? I checked out the book from the library, and it's really interesting. I'd love to know if anyone has tried the detox portion of it? Or detoxing in general? Have a great day! |
Sarah: I can't wait to join you in Onederland, is it nice over there! LOL
Boss has been behaving lately, his wife is turning 50 tomorrow and I told him he should bring her on a trip. He said, no I just made her dinner instead. He was demonstrating his gym workout to me today and I noticed he had a hole in the middle of his crotch area! I had someone else tell him because I didn't want to embarrass him or myself :o I'm leaving work at 1:15 to go to the dentist today :?: I think I either lost a filling or broke a tooth, hopefully it won't be anything too serious or expensive! I got a lot of bargains at the consignment store yesterday for DH and the kids, unfortunately the jeans I bought for myself barely come up past my crotch. :( :( |
I'm down 3 more pounds this week.
I'm trying to exercise this morning and haven't been able to get "alone" time...as alone as it gets with these 2 crawling all over me! You should see me on the floor doing abs - usually both girls are right there with me. I'll get back here later to catch up on personals. I hate starting the week out behind. Gotta go do some housework. Maybe the weather will get nicer later and we can all go for a walk. It was lovely on Saturday - I actually got some color on my face and neck and then yesterday it snowed for about 5 hours. It's all melted now, but it's still cloudy and gray. |
Ok, got my exercise in - 15 min abs, 15 minutes squats/lunges, 30 min cardio and 25 min pilates.
Go MO!! You are almost in ONEderland! This month for sure! Sarah - I've never done a detox program. Why do people do them actually? Something about toxins? My hair grew while pg also. But right afterwards it started falling out. I'm still shedding. Crazy how much hair I lose in the shower. :?: You'd think I'd be bald. |
Hello Everyone
Hello everyone! Just a quick note before I head off to Cub Scouts. I am glad to see everyone is doing well. I had a long weekend and I learned to make and made some of the fanciest desserts you may ever see! Yes, I was bad! But I am back on track. I do not have my trainer this week but I do have a friend going with me to the gym. I have Wed. thru Sun. off I will catch up with everyone then when I have more time.
Great job on all of the weight loss! Catherine |
Monday night
Hi girls,
Nori: congrats on the 3 lbs!!! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: The dentist was good and bad. He said I cracked the wall of my tooth but he was able to fix it with a filling. The plus side was that he said it was rotted on the inside and if I hadn't cracked it and had it fixed it would have probably had to have been extracted in 6 months or so. My mouth is so sore now that the novacaine wore off. I don't know if I'll be able to exercise. DS has a migraine too and DD needs a shower and help with homework. On the bright side maybe I'll be able to skip dinner. Have a good night and talk to you all tomorrow. |
Well i did join the gym with my fried but I have not had a chance to go yet...the day I went to sign up it took 2 hours and we had to leave afterwards...hoping to go tomorrow....I just got home from work ..its been a long day and I still need to eat and workout...talk at you all later
|
Monday Night
Hello gang! Late start tonight, the day just got away from me completely.
Mo, I'm glad that the dentist wasn't too traumatic for you. Dentists are scary! You had me giggling about your boss, that is just priceless. From now on I guess you'll stay clear of any exercise demo's in the future, eh? heehee Don't worry, those new jeans ya got, will be fitting before you know it! Onederland here you come! Nori, I think 150 will look fabulous on you!!! You are doing so well, you said goodbye to the 240's, go you!!!! 3lbs this week is amazing. Sarah, how ya doin sweetie? I've done a detox several times when I did Atkins. It was rough for a couple days but then you get to feeling really good, or at least I did. I've heard people getting really good results doing that plan, good luck if you decide to go with it. Catherine, I don't know how ya do it woman, those darn desserts. I'd be in big big trouble! I hope you have a good time at the gym with your friend. Be sure and keep us company on your time off, will be great to catch up with you. Well, my dr's appt. didn't go as I thought it would. Tapering off my effexor to see if this will help. We had discussed for a time of adding another med to counteract the other medications but she decided that it probably wouldnt do any good. So here I am. I am about to take my lower dose tonight for the first time. I'm a little scared to tell ya the truth. I've heard horror stories about the tapering effects of this drug. I only pray that I either don't get any of it, or it just goes super fast. LOL I'm a big baby! I am willing to try this, I just want to see some difference in my weight, some progress. I only pray that things don't start to go haywire because I've lowered my doses. May have to peel me off the ceiling come Friday. Gonna work it hard this week and hopefully see some progress. Keep ya gals posted. Have a terrific night girls, talk to ya in the morning. |
Danielle - I hope the med switch/change goes smoothly. I have heard that Effexor can make it hard to lose weight.
I couldn't work around sweets/food either, Catherine! Donna - 2 hours to sign up? Probably with the tour and all? I hopeyou like it. I'm off to the gym this morning as soon as the childcare room opens at 8:45. Both girls were up before 7 this morning. Mo - I don't like even "talking" about the dentist. Jut the thought of sitting in the chair with the light over me makes my hair stand up. I'm not weird about doctors though. I cannot stop weighing myself now that I'm so close to my first goal! I won't get there next week, but sometime the following week I think! At the end of phase 2 (-50% and 66 pounds pounds) I'm going to get some new glasses. I guess that will be in July or August? I know I'm weird. I wear glasses all the time and I'm kinda a collector I guess! Love funky frames! But this time, I need some "normal" ones! |
Tuesday
Hi chickies:
Not much new here, tooth is much better today. I'm real hungry today! Hopefully I'll be up to exercising tonight. I have missed several days in a row. It will be late though by the time I get home and make dinner. I'm thawing boneless skinless chicken breast in the frig....I'll look for a recipe this afternoon. DD wants lemon chicken (francese) but the lemons were $1.00 a piece at my local store :( I need to take a trip to Costco for a bag of lemons, blueberries, apples, oranges, etc. B: cereal L: mini bagel & WW biscotti (I made it but it's not that good), D: chicken, veggies au gratin, cranberry, biscotti again :o Points: 26 Exercise: None Water: hardly any (OK, I'll open a bottle right now!) :^: Sounds like everyone is exercising but me, you are all great inspiration. Thanks for being there. Mo |
Busy day at work - just wanted to pop off a great big hi to everyone!
Nori, when I lived in Kentucky I worked with a lawyer who's wife sold funky frames! That was her job! She went to antique/retro/consignment shops, and had them re-done with specific prescriptions for each client. What a neat job!!! Great job on the losses!!!! Keep up the great work! |
Hey Chickies,
Here I am again :o I have had a bit of a stuggle the last couple of weeks but seem to be back on track I was feeling really tired and crappy for a while and couldn't seem to shake it fortunately I didn't go nuts with the food I didn't gain or lose any weight for two weeks and lost a pound last week but I'm feeling better and am eager to get back at it. 1 pound in 3 weeks is moving in the right direction but oh so slowly;) I have been reading the post and  to you all. Erin I am thrilled about your BP going down that is also one of my goals. I started working in long term care 3 years ago and it is really sinking in how important it is to stay healthy and active to maintain your health as you age. Well chickies I have set myself a coupe of goals this week. 1: check in here daily it inspires me. 2: do my hour on the elliptical 3: lose 2 pounds so I can add another dancing man to my signature;) :dancer: Have a great day all Lori |
not so great
Today has not been that great of a day. I've been a little depressed. Eating like there's no tomorrow. My husband has been ticking me off lately. All he can think about is Kayaking. He could care less if anybody else has time for hobbies as long as he gets to go kayaking. I tell him constantly how unfair it is and he just looks at me and says well, i'll watch the boys, go do something. I tell him, What am I suppose to do. I have no money, I have no friends, where am I suppose to go? I've been telling him for years that I would like to take martial arts. He told me, Lose about 20 to 30 pounds and I might pay for it but there's no need if your not gonna lose the weight.
The way I see it, if he's gonna be like that I'd rather he not pay for it at all. I was about a size 6 when he and I met and got married. I started gaining weight about 2 years into our marriage when I got a fibroid and have had trouble ever since. He thinks if you don't look like him, your worthless. He thinks eating right should be easy for everyone. This coming from a person who tried for years to stop smoking and was only able to accomplish it because he got sick and wasn't able to smoke for so long that he just lost the desire for it. Now he makes unfriendly remarks when he sees someone smoking. He just doesn't get it. Addictions are not easy to get over no matter if it's smoking, drinking, drugs, food, you name it. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing better than I am. |
Hiya Girly Girls!
Nori, thanks for asking about my med adjustment. Everyone's probably sick of hearing me complain about it enough! Seriously tho, I got a HUGE headache last night from the lower dose. I only pray that it'll be the worst of it. I've heard such mixed things about effexor, some lose weight, some don't gain at all, others gain. Such a mixed back of responses it's impossible to know how you'll react til you get on it. Frustrating as all get-out that is for sure! All this while taking a ton of ritalin for ADD too! Hopefully in the coming weeks I'll start seeing some movement and I can finally feel like a normal person losing again. Keeping my fingers crossed!
WOW, 66 pounds! That is awesome Nori! You deserve 2 pairs of new glasses! One normal and one wildly crazy. :D Mo, you're not the only one not working out, so don't feel bad chicky. I am getting lazy with it again, need to pull my head out and get going. I was just at Costco yesterday, my goodness they had some yummy lookin fruit. I coulda bought one of everything, good thing I don't have room for all that stuff. LOL Sarah  How's it goin this afternoon? Is boss man being nice to you? I love funky frames, I don't have any 2 that look alike in my house, love the eclecticness(is that even a word? lol) of them all being different. Lori, hello! You've done a really good job keeping the weight off the last few weeks, good for you. Girl, I know all about struggle. Except I havent been as strong as you and I let my frustration get the best of me. Good thing new beginnings are free cause I need 'em! ::p: Only 2 more pounds and that dancing man is yours!!!! You can do it! Serena, how ya doin hon? I'm so sorry that today has been rough on you. I know that dh can be sorta gruff in his comments, but I don't think he truly means to hurt you. Men can be so insensitive sometimes, the big lugs. I get where you're coming from when you say you'd rather he wouldn't pay for whatever it is you'd want to do if he's gonna act the way he is. I've said that many times to myself as well. Hang in there sweetie and remember you are worth the effort it takes to be successful in your weight loss journey. Believe in yourself the way we believe in you! Take care and be good to you. Having a pretty ok day so far. Feeling alittle off as I've got dh in my hair all day long. No matter how well I plan for his days off with me, it never goes accordingly. Never! I am playing catch-up now with housework cause I can't get it done with him underfoot. Mentally I am hanging in there and trying to remain positive w/ the decision I made regarding medication management. We'll see. So hard when I want this weight off NOW! :tantrum: |
Time for catch up
Ok everybody I am going to attempt to catch up on all the personals! Wish me luck because I will forget someone. And I have read so much that I can relate, too. Here it goes!!!
NORI, First off I shed my hair constantly. I get out of the shower in the morning and it is everywhere. Make sure to tell us what your glasses look like. Great job on the weight loss, you can do it. MO, I agree with the others you are not the only one not exercising. I have my down days, we all do. I am going tomorrow. I am going to ATTEMPT the squats again. He won't be there to MAKE me do them though. My legs just stopped aching. SERENA, It stinks when the H is such a pain. I want to do kick boxing! I think you should go for the martial arts. It will help. It will also give you the strength mentally and physically to lose the weight. I am an emotional eater also. Which I have been doing some of it, too. You will get pass this, remember we are all here to support you, if sometimes it is lacking in other areas. LORI, Your goals sound very good and like something we can all do. Checking in here always seem to boost me up even if I do not post. DANIELLE, I know a lot of people who are on Effexor. My father in law is one of them. A girl at work gained a lot of weight with hers. I pray you will be able to calmly go through the change. ERIN, Where ever you are I am glad you had your hair done. That is a very positive step in your weight loss. In fact, I just went red. I have been red before, my husband said to do it again. I am normally a mousy brown. Well, everyone that I have missed I am sorry. Hope all of you are well. Keep up the good work. Well, I have been trying to hold everything together as is my very DH. Both of us are at wits end. Unfortunately, everything with his dad is taking a toll on our family and marriage. We know the reasons behind our short tempers and all that but it still hurts when we say things that we do not mean to each other. His dad has taken to p--ing all over the bedroom. He has also had a BM in is laundry basket. He is always wondering why his socks are wet and it is where he steps in the spot he p--ed. He is going downhill fast and it is taking a major toll on us. We both seem to be going into a depression state of mind. That was my vent for the day and it was pretty calm compared top the one I had this morning at work. Again, I hope all is well with everyone! Sorry for the long post, I had a lot to catch up on! LOL to everyone, Catherine |
Catherine, hang in there. You're a saint to help care for your father in law.
|
Videos to trade?
Does anyone want to trade/sell their exercise videos they aren't using? I bet several of us are at the point we need to switch things up!
(I'm at the spot I need to start using what I have!) LOL |
Sarah, you're so funny! I read your post about the video exchange, and I'm thinking....I would love to, but gosh, maybe I should use what I have here first!   Then I go down further and see you wrote the same thing! Too funny. Think maybe we need to quit sharing the same brain??? :D
|
I'm so ashamed. I'm a workout video addict. I don't even have cable, but I'll hear friends talking about Turbo Jam or some other infomercial, and I have to try it! I have a few I haven't opened yet, and I just ordered Yoga Booty Ballet. LOL
|
Ooooooo, you have Turbo Jam? I've been dying to meet someone who has it? Is it really as fantastic as everyone says it is? I was looking at getting this last night. See, I do the same thing! Meanwhile, I have a pile of dvd's stacked up that still have wrapping on them. :o
|
Sarah/Danielle - I'm right there with you...I have about 15 dvd workouts and about 1/2 of them are not opened yet...
Serena- Sorry to here your having a bad day...Men are such a pain in the butt...you need to just hold it together and don't let him get to you...The bad eating is not worth it. Nori -WOW..your doing a great job...keep it up .. Mo - I'm with you on the no motivation to exercise...I've only done 2 days so far this month...I've just been too tired..yeah I know not a good excuse. Well I'm going to meet my friend at the gym around 8..It will be my first time to go workout there...I will let you all know how it went. |
*peekin' in with head held low* Y'all remember me??
Sorry I've been MIA yet again! Week after week I've put off doing our company taxes - the DH & I have our own business - and last week I decided that I really needed to get things going ... thank goodness I'm finally finished and I can now get back to the really important stuff ... like posting on 3fc! :D I'm not sure that I'll be able to catch up on all the previous stuff, but I'll do my best to stay caught up on the present! Just wanted to say a quick HIYA for now - BBL to do a little reading and some personals! |
Wednesday
Hi ladies:
Serena: I read your post and hope you don't mind me commenting, I apologize in advance for not minding my own business! You're married with 3 small boys right? Does your husband control the checkbook and bills? You should have your own money so you can do with it what you want, you earn it every day! Also, you should call his bluff when he says he'll watch the kids, even if it's just a drive into town to go to the library or go for a walk somewhere, don't be afraid to go somewhere by yourself. Martial arts classes will also help you to find friends. Maybe you could join or start a play group with others who have similar aged kids. How about what Nori does, she goes to a gym that has childcare, sometimes they offer that for free. Maybe a part time job one or two nights a week would help you in more than one way. Your husband can only hold you back if you let him. Be strong!! (Of course I'm better at giving advice than taking it!) Stacye who? :D Congrats on getting your taxes done, see you back here soon I hope. Donna: we'll have to motivate each other! Now get going! :drill: Sarah/Danielle: I don't have that many DVDs/Videos...just the one I'm using and the ones I hope to be able to use soon. I do see them at tag sales all the time, I'll keep an eye out for you, list the ones you're looking for. I do have some old VHS tapes somewhere I think. Danielle: I hope the med adjustment is better today. Catherine: God Bless You! I dont' think I'd be able to do what you're doing. Have you talked to your FIL's doctor. Do they recommend a health care facility? I'm sure you know what's best but make sure you don't wait too long and damage your own family life, I'm sure your FIL wouldn't want that. Lori: Congrats on the 1 lbs. I hope to see that additional dancing man soon! Menu: B: english muffin w/ jelly L: Lean Cuisine, pretzels D: chicken, veggies, cranberry, 2 biscotti Points: 25 Water: 32 oz. Exercise: none :( I did go to the local produce market and bought a ton of fruits and veggies :D I think I'll plan veggie wraps for later in the week. Mo |
Vitamins or supplements?
Poll time! Are you taking a multivitamin, extra vitamins, or any supplements? |
Quote:
Poll Answer I take a Prenatal Vitamin ... we were ttc when I started my weightloss journey - that's waaaaaaaay back on the back burner for now - but I've continued to take them anyway. |
I bought multi-vitamins and supplements in a daily packet form from QVC (Nature's Code for Women under 50) but I stopped taking them because they were bothering my stomach and couldn't swallow them. I'm going to try them again I think because I bought a 90 day supply!
