Good Morning Everyone

Kiwi - Your BD sounds great. My children are throwing a surprise B-day party for my DH on Firday night. His B-day is tomorrow. My oldest daughter and her husband are going to EPCOT food and wine festival with us on Friday (daytime) then my son is going to call for us to come over to their house for dinner and play music (guitars & mandolins). DH will be so surprised when we get there and everyone is there.

Gordie - on the weight loss.

My Ivy - Glad you are back posting Hang in there .

Tanya - Thanks for your support and I hope you have a great day.

Good Morning everyone:

Kiwi I am glad you had a great birthday, DH sounds like a real sweetie..

Gordie - WOW congrats on those 5lbs. Once when I was on weight watchers for the 199999 time, in one of our classes they said to look at a lb of butter and this is how much FAT you lost...and you lost 5.... Keep up the great work!

Missindy how was your night?

Ivy: wow....all that PA (Physical Activity) you go girl!!!! NO couch potato exercises for you..I am proud of you, I hope to one day get to that physcial level

Oh Suz... a fellow glistener..... You go girl and hey if Midnights makes you eat less look at that as a bonus.... But sorry about the crown....it will be MINE..... But dreams are always good to have...

Scalewatcher...your DH is lucky to have such a nice family
I love Epcot hope you have a wonderful time

I am exhausted my son was up yet another night and when he did sleep I didn't He kept saying he was dizzy and felt like he was going to faint , fever came back after the entire day it was MIA of course it comes back at night along with a headache...geesh...not making me look at exercise today with any gusto IYKWIM... Maybe I'll call the Dr. to have him checked out, this does not seem like an ordinary virus.
Hope everyone has a great day! and keep moving....

Danni you may need to take him to a doctor. You're right, being dizzy and faint doesn't sound like most viruses. Get some rest girl. (I want you fully lucid when I kick your butt Friday. )

Scalewatcher your DH is going to love the party! What a surprise. We are all just kids at heart! Our family gets together and plays music too. We have guitar players and piano players in our family.

This saturday, our church is having a Harvest Party and this year we are having it at our house. Everyone who can play an instrument will bring it. They hook up in the back yard on the deck and play. The kids play games. We're also having sack races, tug of war, foot ball, etc. I hope it doesn't rain!

Suz you should get you a ticker and maybe an avatar. Sounds like you got the exercise thing down. I need to do more exercises.

Well I'm off to clean the house before taking off today.

Good morning guys, I hope every one is feeling good today I feel much better now a bit sore but whatever. I am doing my best to work out daily like my doctor advised may even purchase a heart monitor watch. I will weigh in on Friday and see whats happening. I also adjusted my scale with the doctors scale for some reason every time I go to the Dr I get so nervous my heart beats fast and the palms of my hands sweat is that crazy or what. Well one more inch off waist and two more off hips. Bust refuses to loose inches, considering tummy tuck and breast lift when I reach my goal. I am looking into surgeons and hospitals now.
Dannie I hope your son feels better my son has also been sick he gets horrible allergies and at baseball I feel bad he coughs the whole time. I am now giving him some Scott's liver oil I was told might help he has been expectorating so I guess Its doing him some good. But as for FEVER its usually a sign of infection you should take him to DR.
Hey Kiwi, I hope you had a grate BDAY sounds like you will have a blast at your harvest party you should try karaoke
Scalewatcher, Thanks for the welcome note I hope you have been well GO BLUE!!!

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER ALL DAY LONG!!!!!!

Hey Everyone- I just wanted to say it has been a really good day. I was a the grocery store today and I saw one of my old friends from work ( well from when I used to work). I really miss the rat race and I do mean the Rat Race. I used to work at WDW as a Guest Show Training Manager that is until I got into an accident then eight months later I had to have surgery (Spinal Fusion) and since then I have not been working. Guess you all know now why I have GAD and Panic Attacks. My health leaves something to be desired. Oh well enough of that. I hope you all have a great evening and I look forward to posting and reading tomorrow.

Hey Gordie,
Great picture. You don't look like you are 250. Is this recent or what?
You also look like you have Hawaiian blood. I'm Hawaiian. That's why I mention it.

Scalewatcher, recovery is a long road. Mentally and physically, Hang in there.

hi Kiw.. that was taken about 2 months ago. I dont look 250 because I look small from my shoulders right up to my rib then all **** broke loose.
LOL
I'm Half-filipino.. part everything else.. my mom is spanish/french.
typical mongrel.

Scale.. we're all here for you chin up girl.. you've got a lot of support behind you.

Here we go again... emotional me... I dont know why but it seriously bothers me ..but when my significant other out of the blue mentions that he's dated models and actresses OR has had relationships with women who look exactly like the popular ones... I want to run into my cave and not come out. It's something I have a hard time dealing with.. of course.. he's admitted to me that he used to be like that guy in the movie " shallow hal " if any of you have seen it.. I asked him long before if my weight bothers him... he said no.. but then he takes that back saying that he would feel better if I did change and lose the weight but then he apologized and said that he was just scared and was being shallow and since then he's said that the weight doesn't bother him at all. And he will help and support me if I want to lose it.
It's just a very touchy subject for me... sometimes I wonder if he's still the shallow hal. I try to be objective about it.. he's handsome, he's got a good job, has his own apartment his own car.. he's pretty well off.. and I feel like.. why the **** would he just settle for me.. he's said it before though.. he can have any woman he wants.. but he chooses me. I think I should be flattered but I'm twisted about that..and the feelings I get range from pity to anger but mostly its always a feeling of " I'm not good enough ".
I've so many insecurities.. and being overweight is just the start. Which leads to me feeling really bad.. and often times.. really doubtful of him. Its a struggle I deal with everyday.. I have no reason to doubt him nor to not trust him but... something keeps gnawing at me from the inside and its painful. I do tell him about these things and he's always reassured me... but I just really don't deal with it well at all. I fear that my ionsecurities will ruin the relationship. Then again its not easy to hear that women are picking up on him... then it all goes back to square one..

I need some advice. How do I get over insecurities? I'm utterly amazed at how some overweight women carry on like they are sexy.. so confident in themselves. I wish I could be at least a fraction of that but Im such a far cry from it How do I gain more confidence? Is losing weight really the only option? or is it something more? I dont think that if I shed all this fat I'll come out like a damn butterfly... I don't know..

See I told ya... EMOTIONAL

I had a wonderful day yesterday!!!! My son is feeling better I excercised til I could not exercise no more even being dog tired

I ate well and all around was proud of myself!

DH hates that I am on a diet cuz that means no more fat ladden meals

He claims if God wanted him to eat salads all the time he would have made him a rabbit.... of course my retort is always have you ever seen a FAT rabbit in the wild??? hmmm he is NO skinny minnie himself but men seem to carry their weight so much better than woman... and he could use to lose a few pounds have the truth be told...

KIWI.....

ok...3 words...DANNI MARIE QUEEN

Hi Sapphire

Gordie - O.k. I understand we all have our self esteem issues over our weight, but you asked you don't know why this guy is with you???
YOUR ARE GORGEOUS..thats why what a beautiful woman you are
Losing weight "WILL" help your self esteem, now a budding butterfly I do not know, but "ALOT" of the negative "DOES" go away, so YES losing weight will dramatically help your self image and esteem, but girl......you got the looks..

Scalewatcher...
Ouch...a spinal fusion? Poor thing...healing takes a long time, you will get there WDW wow I am jelous, we are WDW nuts...I have been there so many times they should put me on the payroll
We will help you heal... mentally and physically

Gotta go run Day off to day...then shopping for "diet" food
No No positive positive...healthy food

Have a great day everyone

I'm working in the yard today so I wanted to drop a quick note to say I'm doing good today. I have to do extra stuff to make up for yesterday. I cheated $3.50 worth yesterday.Thank goodness for posting. I'm drinking extra water today. I drink water out of the bottes. Its makes it easier to keep up with. I like the 16 oz bottles.50 cents for every bottle i drink. Ha ha.

I know that when i get stressed.. and that's everyday.. all day.. I just want to eat something.. is there anything that I can freely munch on that won;t be bad for me?

I've heard about air popped popcorn? is that ok? I personally dont like it.
would anyone be so kind to suggest something?
We have this local non fat yogurt that's about 80 calories for a cup but I can eat like 3 of those and not feel full. something HEAVY but hardly any calories. LOL I must be hallucinating huh...

Hello Ladies!!!

Hi Danni, glad to hear your son is feeling better. My little one is sick now, we up and down all night. God your husband sound like mine. I have to cook two different dinners some days. He lets me know he works hard all day and needs to eat good meaty meals when he gets home.

Gordie you look great. Maybe you can snack on those dried fruit, I like them alot and there good for you.

You guys are not eating my dust this week, but next you will be.

I'm going to try and find a picture, i took some about a week ago. I might not have to gotten them developed yet.

Kiwi I do the same with the water except I yes 12 oz cups and stack them on top of each other as i drink them.

Scalewatcher , all i can say is OuchHHHHHH! That sounds so painful.

Hi Everyone:

I am just getting ready to leave work.... What a longggggg day...but I stayed on track with my eating

Gordie, you can air pop popcorn and use Spray Butter, I pop alot and spray it with spray butter, sometimes if I want spicy, I shake spicy seasonings on it to make it taste better or different... Orville has a 94 percent fat free micro popcorn aint bad either with spray butter.

Sapphire sorry to hear about your little one... Hopefully we are on the upswing of this thing. Hubbys...hmm I don't know maybe thats why stats show women live longer than men...they eat too many meaty meals...

Kiwi I measure my water too, I have a 32 oz plastic jug that I drink my water from, and filling it 3 times I have drank 96 oz of water Keep on drinking water is better for us than we think...I'll have to post some facts on water tomorrow that someone sent me.

All right..I am going to jog to my car..

Have a good night everyone

Danni
