well, my exercise routine was non existant again today. I did do some walking at walmart both yesterday and today. very light today, but 3 hours yesterday. However strength (except for carrying 8 bags of groceries) was out the window.
Plus, my side abs are still sore. I have not done any ab work because I want them to heal. what is the deal???
My core is still very sore from the Ab RipperX workout. OMG, even my quads hurt. And today is day 2 of that ab ripperX. I might not be able to walk later tonight
I watched this DVD the other day just to see what it was about & whether I could do it or not. I'm not the most coordinated person. I think I burned 200 calories by just watching it . I rented this DVD from netflix. I might buy it later if I like it. I will update tomorrow (if I survive ).

my exercise confession:
day 3 of p90x.
1. 1 hour shoulders and arms workout.
2. Ab ripper X
3. 25 reps of Ab wheel.
I feel really good, my body feels nice and relaxed. It's a great stress buster. I have an upcoming viva exam in about 1 months time, so really stressing about that, but i find exercise helps me to relax
i love p90x! gonna hit the showers now, eat, and then study.
