  • Ok, I didn't do cardio today. The wierd pain wasn't going away. My chest, abdomen, and hips are sore. (abduction and adduction hurt) So I worked my arms to exhaustion and did a few stretching type exercises for my abdomen. Nothing crazy. The point is I did something!

    Even with exercising on the cruise and eating mostly good, I gained seven pounds on the cruise! I am trying so hard to take it back off and as of this morning I only had 1.5 pounds to go.
