There has been a couple of times I have came here to post and 3FC was down. I'm wondering if we shd all add eachother, especially Chellez to messnger in case this happens when someone is trying to add their weigh-in at the last minute?

Are we all willing to add eachother? LOL!
I have Yahoo, msn, and aim...I's be happy to add any of you... Just a thought....

Hi all just want to say keep up the good work ladies, Chellez said to post on what is working for you at home so l thought l would tell my secret.

Not much except we don't eat any white sugar or white flour and that has been the biggest thing l beleive. I gave up pepsi on March 1st and that was the hardest thing for me but it's behind me now and l don't even crave it now. We had just moved here to Calgary in Oct and with no friends or familys l was turning to junk food for comfort but l was sick of looking at how fat l was getting, so on March 1 i decided to make a change.

No pepsi, no white sugar or flour and l joined curves

And the results are great. I also have a 3 year old little autistic boy who keeps me hopping as he can't be left alone so l go up and down the staries alot chasing him, so even on the days l don't go to curves l get a workout chasing Eric, I also have Cerebral Palsy so 1 run up the staries for me is truly a workout I am so excited to be on this team and l know together we can all meet our goals and have a great summer.

I only have msn and myspace .

I was hoping to get out for a walk today (the littles ones didn't want to go yesterday and i didn't want to fight) wellnow I can't for the next few days. It is pouring rain here and I am not one of those people who can stand goping out in all kinds of weather.I can handle drizzle but not rain that will get me wetter then my shower lol.

I just got a call my sister is pregnat again I hope she doesn't miscarry this time

Good morning ladies! Well I can't believe I was the biggest loser! This is my second challange and I have never been the biggest loser....I have to say it feels really good! I feel a little guilty though because I didn't stay on plan over the weekend like I hoped but I got back on it yesterday and plan on sticking with this and hoping for a pound loss this week! I am really going to have to stick with it though and get in some good workouts to pull it off! Today I am going to the bowling alley with my son for a field trip. I am in charge of a bunch of 4th graders....HELP!!! It will be fun...it stinks though I don't even get to bowl! I haven't bowled in forever and was looking forward to it. Oh well I guess it is for the kids! That is about it for me today! Personal Time.....

Wrongway- not sure when your real b-day is so thought I would post in today! Have a great dinner with your husband!

Diva- Don't you hate it when you feel fine while your working out and think this is nothing and even right after your good and then its like BAM HOLY COW I can't move. I feel your pain! Hope your moving again soon!

Jelynn- A sister challange is a great idea! You have your cyber friends now rooting you on and your sisters how cool! Keep up the good work!

lottalisa- Hey a 1lb loss is nothing to be upset about....that is fantastic and hey like you said you lost and didn't gain so pat yourself on the back! It does feel really good to be close to goal, but to be honest with you its the hardest part of my weight loss so far. I can't seem to get the last of it off and it's driving me insane! I mean I lost 70lbs why won't 12 more come off? Anyway I will keep plugging along and eventually I will make it!

Chellez- Hey sliding into 14's YAY!!!! Your doing great hun and I know you have a lot on your plate with the wedding, work and this challange! Try and keep your head up though hun and know your doing a great job and we all really do appreciate it! These challanges have really pushed me along! As for you at work working out....until I finished your post I was dying laughing! I could just see you up there sweating it out! Too funny! If your alone and bored though not a bad idea!

Cathy- Hey don't worry about 1lb....that could be anything and it will be gone before next weigh-in! Good job for getting back on track though and especially over the weekend....that is when I de-rail!

Jennylou- I took my kids to the park yesterday and wore their little butts out! It is so nice when its bed time and there is no arguing because they are so tired! Have fun!

Ericsmommy- Hey Mo! I just wanted to let you know how much of an inspration you are to me! I have been reading a lot lately about autism and how we need to raise awareness about this disease. I have 3 kids and sometimes I am at my wits end with them and then I read your post and saw not only does your son have autism you have cerebral palsy and I thought "this women is amazing"! Not only that your kicking butt with this weight loss challange! Congrats to you for your fantastic loss this week! Keep up your great work!

Okay now that I wrote a dang novel....have a wonderful day everyone!

PS...let's kick it up a notch for week 4!

Hey girls,

I actually gained this last week. Sorry for disrupting our progress, and hopefully I'll make up for it this week. It's not looking good, I'm afraid. Just been having a rough few days, eating-wise, and even though I've not gone TOTALLY overboard, I've done enough for the scale to take notice. I'm still plugging away, though, and not giving up.

Well I just finished my lunch and I can say I feel much better than I did this morning. I think it was a compiling of a lot of things and I'm so worried about everyone here doing well. I just want to see you all succeed so bad I really believe I'm right there with how you feel when you gain or maintain. Part of being Pisces I guess.

So I had this huge urge or craving when I got to Mc'Ds today. I wanted some fries to drown my yucky mood in! But I told myself "Oh No You Don't! You're not gonna blow it on the day you have to weigh in!" So as I come around the corner of the building (it was a long line) I spot the Southwest Grilled Chicken salad.... Oh momma mia that thing is so good I'm thinking to myself. So I get it and I remembered I had brought one of my Vegetarian burgers with me. The plan was to eat half my salad and my veggie burger. I ended up eatting all of both.

But I look at it this way... I'd rather eat tons of salad and be happy than tons of fries and be miserable. So now I just have to pray I visit the little girl's room prior to weighing in at 5 this afternoon.

I plan on exercising no matter what tonight. I'm not enjoying Idol this season so I have no excuses!

Tina - don't feel guilty about being BL! You deserved it.... I agree. We should kick it up a notch this week and beat the Red Team to New York and give um a good spankin in the next weigh in!

Afternoon ladies~
Well I didn't work today. I pulled something in my arm, I'm guessing when I made my buckets up yesterday morning. It even hurts to type as it's in my forearm. So I figure taking it off til Thursday might help it. I haven't worked out yet either. Will probably go downstairs and ride the exercise bike this evening while watching Idol. Go Blake
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has problems accessing 3FC, I thought it was just me. Chellez don't worry about us. I think we've got a fantastic support system here. I know it helped me a lot to come here and just post that I was on a munchfest. And to know I'm not the only one who has these moments helps too, and that someone can shed some light on why it might happen and how to deal with it. I think we're doing good, and we'll only get better!! I know I want this very much. I'm so sick of the yoyoing and doing WW is the best thing I've decided to do, next to quitting smoking, which I'm on Day 72!!!

Tina on being the biggest loser!!! I've not read the result thread yet, but wanted to say girl!!!!

Well we're getting hit by a storm right now. Wind gusts up to 70mph and possibility of hail. I hope it slows down, I wanted to grill some pork steaks. Oh well here's the hail. So I'm going to get off the computer, I'll have to go get my youngest from the bus stop.
I'll check back later to update exercise and water.

I haven't heard from her lately. I think she may be having some things with the kids going on in RL.

Well I weighed in this afternoon and I maintained I know I should be smiling but I'm seriously confused and aggrivated with myself.

So I went out walking with Daniel and he didn't help either. He keeps saying that I'm trying to change myself and I'm like "trust me.... its for the better." He just doesn't get it I guess. I try to tell him he should do it too but he's a guy and guys are stubborn.

Anyway. My weigh in days are moving to Saturday mornings now since I'll have two classes at night again this term. Thankfully this means I have a longer time period to lose for week 5!

MY legs are sore. I did skiing exercices on the gazelle the day before yesterday and my legs were a little sore yesterday but this morning man and today was leg day. Can we say burn like ....... anyways look at it this way chellez at least there was no gain. I would rather no gain to the scale moving up .

I am feeling better this week I hope to see a loss. i feel useless since my scale ain't moving

Cathy~ how's the arm? That is awsome that you quite smolking! I quite when I wass pregnant with DD1 cause i was litterally turning green whe around smoke

Good morning ladies! Today is a rainy, lazy day around here! I have a few chapters left in a book I'm reading and baby tivo is backed up with my shows so that is my plan for the day. I will fit in a workout of course though! I need a push ladies....I did so good last week and was really committed and this week I am struggling big time. I put on my workout clothes last night and right before I went to walk out the door I turned around and ended up staying home and ordering take-out! WTH am I doing? I don't know it was storming and I just felt like sitting on the couch with take-out and watching tv. UHHHH I have to stop this today! I have already though this morning ate some dam banana muffins my MIL sent over. Starting right now though the food is going to be healthy and I will make it to the gym today come **** or high water. Well I am going to start some laundry and get the beds made.

Chellez- good job on maintaining hun! You have lost quite a bit in the last few weeks so expect for it to slow down some. Keep at it though and it will come off. Your doing so well and are so focused don't let this get you down. Next week will be a great loss!

Jen- I hate when my legs are sore....it is so hard to move to do anything. Look at it this way though you really worked them good!

Cathy- hope your arm is feeling better. I live in Illinois so I was getting the storms like you were yesterday! It doesn't look much better here today! I am thankful though because the storms at least cooled it off here.

Well ladies you all have a fantastic day and tommorow I will be reporting a much better day!
