Our house is under renovations right now so time at the computer is a bit limited or near impossible depending on which part of the house is taped up!
Just wanted to say congrats to everyone on doing such a good job on the scales, with the exercise and staying in such a positive frame of mind! Everyone wins in this challenge as we all lose weight and gain health!
I had an unexpected 4 lb gain on Wednesday which must have been mainly water but it was gone again today and I lost what showed up suddenly plus a bit. Will be weighing in on Monday as I'm down to 2 weigh ins a week. I also got another food exchange added back into my plan as I'm on the stabiliation now so get an extra dairy serving a day.. look out Starbucks.. I'm coming!
Hope you all enjoy your TGIF and that you all get the weather that is headed for Toronto right now. I plan to have those kids outside every second of the day!
Happy Friday ladies! Well I got back on it yesterday and ate good and got in a fantastic workout! Today I have cleaning to do and laundry to get done because tommorow I won't be home.....it's all day date day tommorow!!! HOORAY!!! Well good luck this weekend ladies!
Good Morning Ladies
Got in my workout this morning. It was a light one, did 10 minutes of a 10 minute solution burning carbs, and did ab work with Leslie from her you can do Abs dvd. I went last night and bought a bigger stability ball, the biggest one I could find. So now when I do TBL2 Bob's bootcamp, I'll be more comfortable too.
Don't have much going on this weekend, soccer game tomorrow and then the oldest will be gone to a birthday party sleepover. I guess those are the "thing" this year as this is his 3rd one. I plan on working in my side and backyard gardens this weekend, sometime. And sunday we're going out for MIL's birthday lunch/dinner at Macaroni Grill. So I need to look up their menu and see how I can work it point wise.

Well I better get a moving,n got some errands to run. My youngest(3rd grader) has a musical show this afternoon, let me tell ya he's sooooo thrilled. He does not like to sing and I think he mentioned he has to square dance, so it'll be interesting.
Well, last night I got my workout in late...I was so tired all day and busy and still hadn't worked out after dinner, but bucked it up and got a half hour in. Then I went to a Grey's Anatomy party and ate yummy food, but ate pretty light all day so I could and will have another light day today (and good workout!)
No plans for the weekend- it's supposed to be a bit rainy here so perhaps I'll do some deep cleaning/organizing closets etc. I wanted to go to the river bottom with the family for a good walk so I hope it warms up a bit!
Good morning everyone. had a strange day yesterday. Didn't really get done what I wanted. The future hubby gave his 2 week notice after 4 yrs there and was all freaked and I had to be his rock yesterday, which meant backburnering my needs. So I didn't get any exercise in and as well as I did ALL day with the calories, I gave in to brownies right before bed....I needed love too! LOL! Brownies LOVE my hips...
Anywho, got a busy day today and I am finally going to get my hair did, so maybe this evening I can at least walk a couple-few miles... Gonna try hard to stay OP too!

I have to finish up the files in the office since my boss finally got around to looking at the files for invoicing so I will have the water challenge up tonight!

had a good day.... lots of water...OP w food.... Im going to try to get some light workout in later tonight...im trying to stay moving w/o over doing it since its TOM for me right now.. i dont want to fall into bad habits..

I made a chocolate cake today and do not feel guilty cause the cake (with out icing) is 113 cals for 1/12 of cake and the hubby loved it said it was one og the best ones I have made! Oh yeah with Betty Crocker french vanilla frosting it came under 300 cals.
chellez I needed to see your "pain is weekness leaving the body" in your sig today I upped my weights yesterday and I am sure feeling it today!
Well normally I weigh in on Mondays but I hopped on the scale this morning and decided I should weigh in today its TOM right now and I havent strayed too far from my eating plan....but somehow I am down 1 lb this week.... so I decided before my body plays a trick on me and I wake up monday and Im up 4 lbs.... I'll just take my weight today ....so YEAH a loss

its 8am here and i've already done my workout. i might do it again later too. today is WI day for me and i'm a bit nervous cause its TOM and a couple of days ago i was up 4lbs... i feel a little less bloated today so i'm hoping that at least some of that is gone. i might however wait until monday to post my weight this week... we'll see... hopefully i see a loss.
i'm looking forward to an exercise challenge... cause i think i'm in need of one to keep me going. have a great day all and i'll see you later

Got my exercise in and we may walk to Kents(home improvement store) later which is about an hour walk(each way) I believe ,on top of my 1 hour and 50mins I did this morning. Tha is if the rain holds off. I will probably weight in tomorrow or Monday.
We never made it to Kents but we went for a walk up the road to my uncle's store then to a furniture store then to back to the mailbox then home so it was about 1 hour. We hope to go to Kents tomorrow. So far today my steps (including my work out) are 23 536.
I've been visiting family and not really around here, but I wanted to come by to post my WI. Sadly, I'm posting a gain for last week. I really have no idea how true it is, as I won't know until next week and my home scale, but I'm accepting it and vowing to get back on track as soon as I'm home. I've only been horribly off track a few times, but being away from home is often tough!
I'll be back next Wednesday ready to cheer everyone on!
