Whoops, didn't track as I went along today and it looks like I went a bit over. Not a major setback by any means, but I shall plan more carefully tomorrow.
Snack #1 (280)- 1/2 of an onion bagel (175) plus 2 T cream cheese (60), 2 slices Tofurky (40), 2 pickles (5)
Snack #2 (285): strawberry greek yogurt (140), with 2 T chocolate granola (65) and 2 T trader joe's temptations trail mix (80)
Snack #3 (135): 3 peanut butter cups (135)
Dinner: Ate out at a vegetarian restaurant and had salad, then mushroom walnut loaf with root vegetable butternut squash puree. No idea for calories here, but I am recording it anyway. Given that I was starving later I would think it was fairly low.
B: Fiber bar 120
S: Greek yogurt, candy (another low blood sugar, low enough to make me gorge, ugh) 534
L: English muffin pizza, Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich 395
S: Candy, pringles 330
D: Leftovers 450
Glucose tablets x7 105 (ugh. Blood sugar was 45 this morning! Had to load up on these to get my run in safely.)
Total: 1934
Exercise: Run 5K
ETA: Today has been an epic failure, diet-wise. I'm blaming my blood sugar, which has demonstrated a sharp drop today (I have type 1 diabetes). I'm guessing it's due to my TOM arriving. I've made some adjustments, but the extra insulin, which is a growth hormone, has had me *starving* today. Granted, I didn't need to eat crap. UGH. Tomorrow I'll stay on plan. Not going to let one day through me off plan.
Today:
Apple- 95
Almond butter- 190
Sweet potato bread- 300
Bunny grahams- 260
Soba- 380
Taco spiced seitan with Fiesta Black Bean veggie topping and Daiya on flatout wrap(mmm, delicious for a 'tossing together the few ingredients I have' type meal)- 367
Total: 1,592

Total Calories: 1390
Total Walking: 1.5 miles
Have you tried the Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread? It only has 50 calories a slice! I tried a few of the "diet" breads like Weight Watchers and the 35 calorie Nature's Own, but they didn't feel like enough bulk for me. The Nature's Own ww has plenty of bulk -- I've actually switched my entire familly over to it and they haven't noticed a difference. I can even make a decent grilled cheese for my kids with it!

Feel free to tell me to shut it, just a thought.
Bacos - ha, I noticed my bread seems to have more calories than anyone else's. I buy Natural Ovens bread. Years ago when I started eating it the package only said it had 60 calories a slice, but now it says 90. I guess the calorie count was off or something and they readjusted? I like it because each slice has 5 grams of protien and 5 grams of fiber.
I haven't seen Nature's Own, but I wouldn't mind checking into it! Do you get it at a regular grocery store?

Yes! I can get it at Giant, Acme, and even Walmart. But it only has 2 grams of fiber per slice. BUT their double fiber bread has 5 g of fiber per slice and is 50 cal/slice, too!
