I'm gonna leave the extra available calories there so that I can have some coffee/tea/hot chocolate at some point during the day. It's SOOO cold here and I can't stand it already. This is my first winter at a normal weight (last year I hit onederland at the end of December) and I honestly don't know how people do it. I've taken three showers today just so that I can stand in hot water, I've sat in my car just so that I can turn the heat allll the way up and enjoy it, and I'm wearing 5 layers on top etc etc and technically it's not even that cold; somewhere in the mid 50s
It's gonna be a rough few months!
Mine was pretty OP except for yesterday when we went to the Czech Fest (our town's small version of the fair) and then to a friend's house for a cookout to watch the OU/Texas game. Needless to say I ate way too much crap, but I am right back on track today and hoping it doesn't mess up this week's WI too badly.
jk, wow I'm sorry you are so cold! I know how you feel, I swear my work keeps it cold enough to hang meat, lol. I hope it gets a little better for you!

Well, my weekend was not stellar eating wise. I tried my best Saturday but then ended up at a thai place for lunch without many lo cal options. ended up trying to just eat less. Should have skipped dinner then, but ended up eating late anyway.
sunday i had family over for pizza. did my best to only eat 1 slice of veggie and fill up on salad. but had a glass of wine and some cookies after lunch. Ugh. Definitely not adding those days up.
Got back on track mainly today. Need to go grocery shopping though, I am eating quite a lot of weird combos!
Lunch (300): large leftover salad of which i seemed to have gotten most of the cheese from the big bowl of it i made the day before. salad had spinach, herb mix, grape tomatoes, white onion, black olives (100) and Parmesan (200).
Snack (280): 100 calorie gold fish pack (100 and a Smores Luna Bar (180)
Dinner (500): boca burger (100) slice of cheese (100) lettuce mix (10) cup of butternut squash soup (90) 2 small slices of bread (100) with 2 Light Babybel cheeses (100)
Breakfast (300): 1 egg (70) with 1 slice dry toast (140). coffee with vanilla almond milk (90)
Snack (330): 100 calorie goldfish pack (100), large apple (130) 2 Light Babybel cheeses (100)
Lunch (260): Amy's Spinach pocket
Dinner (400): Potbelly's Skinny Mushroom Melt with tomatoes, onions, mustard and pickles (400). I have a hard time believing this was only 400 calories - it was delicious and awesome!!! I might just live on them!!!
