B Cappuccino Drink Mix in my black coffee L Homemade veggie soup (2c veggies) with 2oz leftover taco meat, IP Broccoli Cheese soup "bread" D Steak bites in Parsley sauce, mashed cauli-taters with coach approved 1 oz cheese, homemade coleslaw S Herbal tea, IP Vanilla pudding with a sprinkle of nutmeg |
B - 2 hardboiled eggs (easy for work), 1/2C black coffee
L - romaine, mushrooms, 2C red/orange peppers, 2oz chicken, 1/2 egg, spritz evoo D - 5oz steak (pink salt, pepper, italian herbs, ginger rub), steamed green peepers (2C) with mushrooms (steamed with salt, pepper, 2 whole garlic cloves sliced) - stuck in tin foil, folded gently and placed on the grill for 10 minutes I have found a new favor way to cook veggies!!!! They couldn't be more flavorful! |
