Brekkie: Special Valentines Day Breakfast: Eggs Benedict (Shaved Ham with 2 Poached Eggs and Sugar Free Hollandaise Sauce atop some field greens, "Fried" Green Tomatoes (baked with 1/2 packet IP Southwest Cheese Puffs), 1/2 Protein Grape "Juice", Coffee
Lunch: 1 Cup Orange Ginger Soup and a walk on the beach
Afternoon Snack: Snack at the movies: 1/2 pack BBQ Quest Potato Chips, 1/2 Caramel Crunch Bar
Supper: Dinner Out at the Outback Steakhouse: 6 oz Victoria Filet, 2 side salads no croutons, 1 as the opener, and 1 with my steak, no dressing), Ice Water, Mock Grape Wine made with the other 1/2 Grape protein Drink Mix.
Evening Snack: Cherry Chocolate Pudding with Chocolate Crunchies on top! (a few IP Chocolate Soy Puffs crumbled)

WOO-HOO on the weight loss!!! :carrot::carrot: And I agree - the food looks yummy!! Thanks so much for posting the pictures!! :)

Anyone have a good no carb tzatziki sauce recipe? I miss my fat free FAGE Greek yogurt......

p.s. yesterday for my snack I made the orange creamsicle drink made with one IP packet of vanilla drink plus one of orange drink and split it into two servings. Not bad, not bad.....

most grocery stores have fresh basil now in the produce department...if not, you can use dried :)

B - 2 hardboiled eggs (easy for work), 1/2C black coffee
L - romaine, mushrooms, 2C red/orange peppers, 2oz chicken, 1/2 egg, spritz evoo
D - 5oz steak (pink salt, pepper, italian herbs, ginger rub), steamed green peepers (2C) with mushrooms (steamed with salt, pepper, 2 whole garlic cloves sliced) - stuck in tin foil, folded gently and placed on the grill for 10 minutes

I have found a new favor way to cook veggies!!!! They couldn't be more flavorful!
