Go to User CP (see upper left on the dark blue bar) and then selet Edit Signature -- there is info about it on the right of the page...

Thanks Joy - it is yummy and very easy! Toss shrimp in oil, spread on baking sheet, sprinkle salt and pepper, roast at 400 for 7-8 min!
