I have a weird coffee craving today - which is odd as I don't normally drink coffee at all.

B: 1 scoop Chocolite french vanilla waffle with IP syrup
L: 2c yellow squash with 2 tsp butter (in lieu of EVOO) and same as breakfast
D: Artichoke and spinach stuffed chicken breast with 2c asparagus
S: Chocolite supreme chocolate

A fried version:-

TOMATO BASIL BREAD 1 packet IP tomato basil soup mix; 2 egg whites; 1 tsp olive oil; 1/4 tsp baking powder; ¼ tsp oregano, basil, garlic powder blend. Blend & spread in a pan sprayed w/Pam. Fry on both sides till done.

Baked version:-

Same mix, spread thin in a PAM sprayed small loaf tin and bake until top is golden and crispy. 350F for about 8-10 mins. You could even take it out, cut in half and put in a pannini maker for a tasty sandwich if you like it crispy. Make sure to take it out before it's cooked if you intend to do that though.

scorpio - have you modified so that you don't eat 8oz of protein per day and only 2 packets? Just curious at how you are doing it as sometimes 8oz is a lot!

Lunch: 1 Cup Orange Ginger Soup and a walk on the beach
Afternoon Snack: Snack at the movies: 1/2 pack BBQ Quest Potato Chips, 1/2 Caramel Crunch Bar
Supper: Dinner Out at the Outback Steakhouse: 6 oz Victoria Filet, 2 side salads no croutons, 1 as the opener, and 1 with my steak, no dressing), Ice Water, Mock Grape Wine made with the other 1/2 Grape protein Drink Mix.
Evening Snack: Cherry Chocolate Pudding with Chocolate Crunchies on top! (a few IP Chocolate Soy Puffs crumbled)
