Hi there,
I've been reading this section for the last few days to help get me on track for IP. Today is my first day and was horrified by the peach mango drink! The leek soup is awesome and I just had a butterscotch pudding which I wish I could have a gallon of.

So my question is-what does everyone LOVE and what packets are not so enjoyable?

My coah lets me pull a few packets from each box so I have a variety but I'm nevous about wasting a precious packet to find I can't get it down!

Thanks so much everyone and I can't wait to wear my bikini again this summer!!

Thanks!!
I am able to get at the spa where I see my couch for IP!! Definately on there website for sure. I have tried a few at the spa at a taste test night!! I really did not like them at all to tell you the truth. So I am using the Olive oil/grapeseed oil with lemon juice only! I like it, very clean and fresh!
I will keep you posted as I am researching new dressings that are Phase 1 friendly and will keep for a week in fridge.

I actually like the peach/mango with 4 ice cubes/water in blender and its ok! I dislike any of the soups so I have vowed to stay away, as when I feel gaggy eating its not happening. As well the plain cereal is Ick!! My opinion.
I like the omelet with spinach and muchrooms Yumm!! then put hot sauce on it! I like the chocolate drink, blended with ice as well!! Just trying the premade vanilla pudding and its good really cold and frozen in the freezer.
Im allowed at every week weigh in to bring in 2 packets I dislike and exchange from a basket of other members disliked packets. So think that is a good idea. My first week I was given 4 boxes with assorted soups, pudding etc.
Oh I am Ok with the banana pudding with more water/ice as a smoothie, Better than when you follow instructions perfect. It has a bit of a bitter fake taste!!
Hope this helps alittle

Thanks!

I thought the peach mango drink tasted somewhat like what chewing on an antibiotic pill would taste like LOL

As long as you're counting it as a restricted item and you're allowed them, you can. I think you can only have it twice a week max though.

Dang, typo its 1/2tsp salt, my bad!! Lol!! ick 2 tsp would be hard to do for me!! Thanks for noticing.

how much water does everyone drink? I've been drinking about 112 oz a day on average and I was just wondering if that was too much?

Hello to you too! I added you to my buddy list, so don't be thinking I won't be watching your progress as inspiration. I'm still on my first day and learning as I go.

Today is my first day too so I won't have much to offer you. I love the pink lemonade, hated the chicken soup, wasn't so high on the omelet but I'm going to try it again and I'm looking forward to the chocolate pudding tonight. My coach just dropped off a premixed vanilla drink for me to try tomorrow, she suggested I mix it with a little decaf coffee and blend it with ice. I'll let you know how it goes.

I was drinking about 4.5 liters a day. My coach said that is too much. I have been drinking approx 3 liters which is about 96 oz. 1.5 liter bottle is 6 -
8 oz cups of water. (hope i did the math correct)

My coach said at least 65 oz. I have had that already today.

Personally, I like the Wildberry Yogurt Drink, the Chocolate Pudding, the Butterscotch Pudding, and the RTD Vanilla and Chococolate. The omelet is ok to me - I definitely add veggies (usually spinach and mushrooms) and cholula. If you are going for restricted items - the Vegetable Chili and the Lemon Poppyseed Bars are sooooo good (I'm sure all the bars are good but I've only ordered these...). The Peach & Mango drink is ok to me - I think it tastes like those sugary peach o's. I find all of the soups disgusting...
