I would suggest going to phase 2 instead of straying or cheating. Eat 2 meals with protein and veggies and then use the packets for breakfast and a snack. I just feel like it's not worth it and we are paying so much money to lose the weight. I might feel differently though if I were going on a cruiseOriginally Posted by Kelsey
Huge discussions with coach today. I guess it's frowned upon for us to go off plan for vacation. I'm not sure what I'm even going to do. It's my first cruise, and i know that I will want to partake.
