I'm on D10 R2 C1. So far down 18 lbs. I took a couple of months off and gained 6 lbs. Had to lose that again. I got off in June when we had a big family reunion and company and couldn't seem to get back on. So glad to be eating right again, it feels so right. You're doing so well puneri. Keep up the good work.

I stayed the same this week. I didn't cheat and ate the right things. Must be my body adjusting to the 8 lbs. I lost last week. Hopefully I'm losing some inches.

puneri- Hope you're doing good this week.

Hi all. I just started this diet. So I'm D2C1. But I've already had feelings of "I can't do this". Not because I'm hungry, because I'm actually not. But the first 17 days are so limited in food! I'm already sick of chicken breasts! I'm going to pick up some ground turkey and hopefully can do something with that. Also going to make chili and soup. There are some great recipes out there, just have to google. I think what I'm lacking is support, so I found you guys.

Shainie- The first week is the hardest and a little overwhelming till you get used of everything. The chicken veggie soup and the taco salad are good and in the book. Good luck to you...

Shrinking- Wow thats a wonderful weight loss. My weigh in day is tomorrow so can't wait to see how I'm doing. Wait a minute I don't need the scale to tell me, I know I'm doing good. LOL....

puneri- How you doing? Can't wait till I'm in the 160's.

This looks like a good recipe to try (without the cheese). What do you think?

Mini Spinach Frittatas

INGREDIENTS:
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 10-ounce packages of frozen spinach (about 15 ounces total)
2 small yellow onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Microwave spinach for 3 minutes, or until partially thawed.
3. In a medium sized saute pan, heat olive oil, garlic and onions until fragrant and translucent.
4. Add spinach and salt and saute on medium high heat until spinach is heated through (about 5 minutes).
6. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and approximately doubled in size.
7. Using butter or cooking spray, grease a muffin tin generously. Divide spinach mixture and cheese into eight muffin molds. Fill to 3/4 full. Pour egg mixture over spinach so that each cup is nearly full.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until eggs are set and slightly browned on the tops.

That looks good. I'd try it.

Down 8 lbs.....not too frustrated with the limited foods...LOVE my water now. Coke Zero tastes "icky".
Time to move...I want to see on the outside how good I feel on the inside!!!!
