I'm thinking of starting this diet again. I had gone off of it during Christmas and gained 5lbs now. I need to get back at it. I ordered some diet pills online called Lipovox, I'm going to wait until I receive them and start taking them while starting 17DD again. I should be getting them in about 10 days or so.

I'm looking forward to results

I started Power 90 a few days ago, and will be doing these together.

Hey there Leeza How did your first day go? I know for me, the first 3 days were the hardest. It gets WAY easier after that.

Hi Sophie! Day 1 went pretty well - I think I overdid it on the protein at the end of the day. Doing Power 90 at the same time is not the best idea; my hunger is definitely way up

I've got two dinners out this weekend and a daytime event. I think I can stay close to the diet, but am considering keeping as close as I can and then restarting on Sunday with a new Day 1. I know there are guidelines for eating in restaurants, so I should be able to be pretty close.

Are you still on the diet?

I did P90X a while back. It's a pretty hardcore workout. Power 90 is probably hard as well. It may be too intense to start off? I know the book says you should do light exercise because you're eating less during the first phases.

I'm not following the diet as of yet. I'm still debating whether I'm starting on Monday or if I wait for my Lipovox pills to arrive. I was counting on these to help me get through the first couple of days. Last time, they were pretty rough. My body was craving everything. We'll see how the weekend goes. I have a couple of days to think on what I should do. I know I SHOULD start on Monday but I guess I'm just scared to fail.

Keep it up!
This is my #1 "Diet" I remember how happy I was every morning, weighed in every day during the first phase. The weight kept going down and I kept getting more and more confident that I would reach my goal weight next summer. I have my goal bathing suit to get into. I NEED to reach that goal! I wasn't able to wear it last year but this year, GAME ON! Hehe!

I've decided to start tomorrow. I already bought all the food I'll need. I have a soup cooking in the crock pot. I'm sure I'll have enough to feed for a week for my lunch at work. Breakfast will be yogurt and berries and I'll cook something different for dinners. As for snacks, I bought grapes and apples. Can't wait to start losing weight again I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and let you in on that.
How is everything going with you Leeza?

Hi Sophie - sounds like you're set up for a great week! All of your prep work with the soup and shopping is sure to pay off. (And, it's always hard to see the scale go up, but the biggest losses come right after a gain )

We have three little boys, and social engagements Fri-Sun. On Friday I lucked out, and our friend chose an Argentinian restaurant for his birthday party. It wasn't quite on diet, but servers rotating with endless meat skewers and a large side table let me keep close to the diet. On Saturday I bought a rotisserie chicken and made roasted cauliflower, which I ate when my parents brought over pizza for the family. I did sneak a skinny piece of pizza and drank some wine. On Sunday I didn't eat at the birthday party that we attended, and brought fennel and roasted chicken to the lasagna dinner at my in-laws. I skipped dessert and wine, but crumbled at the end a bit and ate a bunch of salted roasted nuts.

Phew! Confession over Oh, wait - my DH and I skipped Power 90 during the same Fri-Sun period. Sigh.

I've lost three pounds, so all is not for naught. Back on the wagon! Good luck today.

Sometimes you can't get away from cheats. It can be tough sometimes but we get through them and get right back on track afterwards. Good job for getting right back on it!

Doing GREAT so far. Almost drank all my water for the day and it's only 2:35PM. Haha! Love it! I'm so stuffed from my Chili! It's crazy. I gulped some water with that and omg! I think I might have ate to much or something. I'm a bit scared for tonight. I have a tendency to eat something late at night (WHITE CHEDDAR POPCORN!). I could sit there and eat a whole bag by myself. I don't have any in the house so that shouldn't be a problem but I'm scared of being hungry and eating something else... I'll have to make sure my pizza is filling enough. It should be

Do you have a recipe for cauliflower pizza? Is the crust made from cauliflower?

Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp fennel
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
**pizza sauce
toppings of choice
ff or low-fatmozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press
evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe).
Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese.
I really liked mushrooms, onions and tomatoes on mine. If you have a Walmart close by, their Great Value pizza sauce has only 3 carbs for 1/4 cup, which is all I used on this. That’s less than a carb per slice.
