Hello everyone!!
I am planning to start a new 10-day challenge on June 12. We will following the workout schedule listed in the Turbo Jam folder, but the diet plan will be optional to each individual. I will probably follow it as much as my budget will allow. I would like for those who wish to participate to check in each day with a short message about what you accomplished. I plan to weigh on day 5 and of course on day 11. I want to benefit from the workout on day 10 before recording the final results.
If anyone else has additional ideas for the challenge, please feel free to post them. This is OUR challenge not MINE. I find that much can be accomplished when done as a team.
Although this is called a "Challenge", there will be no winner or loser, we will all benefit from the concentration on our health and know that we are not alone in our desire to look and feel better.
Be sure to record your mesurements and weight on June 11.
