How does everyone split up milk days? All at once a few ounces an hour? Just looking for ideas?

Is anyone on this thread but MJ and myself? Did everyone lose all there weight and disappear? I guess I hope that I am not around too long either due to the weight being gone.... LOL:carrot:

Getting excited for my first vegetable day. Going to have cauliflower and something else mixed together with some seasonings. Going to try something different for Thursday my second vegetable day.

This is skinnylaydee here. At work,and today is my last milk day. Had milk soup at 12:30 so I am done for the day. Not to hungry but could enjoy something to eat. Some days are worse than others, yesterday (milk day) and I only had 10oz and was not hungry at all. I know that I should not have but I weighed myself this am and I HAD GAINED 3lbs. How is that possible? I have been pretty much on target. I am trying so hard to stay the course and give in to temptations, but when you do what your are suppose to and still show a gain, it makes it very hard. What is an apple cleanse day? is that part of the program? How does it workK |

The apple cleanse was part of my plan. The first two days are 3-5 apples and the 120 ounces of water, the next two are dairy, then 2 veg, then two dairy, then one day of apples again. .. then on to the regular milk/veg alternating every two days.. |
