Hello ladies! Feeling quite normal again already. I resumed normal eating again yesterday and it only took until about lunch time to feel like myself again totally. Of course the scale reflected quite a lot of water weight this morning. I know it isn't fat of course, but it's still hard to see. I'm just going back to normal calorie counting, nothing fancy, nothing special, but that's how I've lost all that I've lost, so it works. I had been planning on starting the New Rules of Lifting for Women program, so perhaps I'll go ahead with that next week.

Happy Friday to all!

krampus : I feel you, I'm not on the birth control pill anymore. I'm not planning to have baby, but I would have to see a doctor to have a new prescription, and my doctor is hundred of miles away. Good luck trying to get the bathroom with your third roomate!

mottaini : Congrats on not binging all over the way! If that can make you feel better, I stuff 2 tablespoon of dark chocolat chipit in my mouth last night :P LOL

Being at that place where you feel GOOD but where you know you could feel BETTER is so freacking hard. Motivation goes easily off the window at this point, specially now that bikini season is off, we're showing less of the body, so I think we might not feel the need all the time to be at this freacking cool goal weight. Personally I picked Christmas as a kind of deadline like ''I'm gonna see tons of family at Christmas, I want to look super good'' But instead of that, I don't know. It's a constant battle.

LeilaJey : I love the buttery slide of the 130!!! LOL What is your goal weight? Hope it does slide!! (yumm, butter!) We had a big fail with the salmon : I took out 2 pieces of salmon from the freezer, only to find out at 6h45 last night that one of them was SMOKED salmon. So we finally had a salad with salmon instead of salmon with a salad

LockItUp : I'm glad to know that you are feeling better since your resume eating normally That was scary!! Something happened to me last spring too, I completely passed out at my friends place in front of the boyfriend and 2 of ours friends. We never really knew what it was... Sugar? Lack of iron? Go figure. Take care of yourself!

Joss : Are you surviving to your homeworks? Hope you're doing good!! YAY for the no more muffin top!! Hope your transition from the RFL plan is going smoothly. Not feeling yourself and feeling supe tired for 10-12 days is quite intense... and we don't want you fainting neither!

masterptr : 16 miles on a mountain? I HOPE you were tired LOL

Chickie : Your 10k is THIS saturday?? Good luck Well, your migraines are a really good physical excuse to suck to me!! I LOOOVE the idea of the fake beer mug! You'll rock this out!

kakers : thanx for the pinterest abs workout link! I'll definetely check it out when I don't wont to die anymore doing my crunches and bike abs LOL Hope TOM will come soon for you!

***

GOD, there was some massive chat going on!!

Happy friday!

135.8 again today. Did not poop much yesterday. I did not drink coffee either (the two are linked for me usually LOL)

Nothing planned for today except going for my run (in the rain BOOHOO) and cooking a soup, roasted spiced chick peas and a pull appart bread for tonight. We are eating pasta (with leek and smoked salmon) and the bread tonight so I have to take a light lunch (if I type this here, maybe I will actually do it!) I was thinking of a salad with a hard boiled egg.

I was supposed to be hiking this weekend with a friend, we've been trying to go for 3 weeks and it's supposed to be raining. AGAIN. Buuuuummer.

Have a good day, Feathers!!

Woot woot margaritas!

Just got back from the gym. Friday nights are karate practice at the Y, so I often work out while my son has class. I hit it hard tonight and feel great. Yea! 124.0 today, too. Busy weekend ahead.

*waves at this weekends lushes* normally that's been me lately! Hope you are all enjoying your nights

So I had a headache half the day. Ugh. It wasn't ALL day like yesterday, at least I woke up feeling OK and I took stuff before dinner that made it better. So the headache is gone for now!

I did really super good with my calories today. I'm actually wondering if some of the meds I have been taking for this headache work as an appetite suppressant. I'm ok with that if it's the case!! I woke up and had some Gatorade during my meeting for work, then left for my clients and just brought my gatorade. I've been finding that if I'm slowly drinking something with calories in it, I don't get as hungry. For a while I was getting frustrated when I felt I was drinking too many calories, but I'm starting to think I actually end up eating less when I do drink the calories. Who knows.

So after I got home I curled up with my husband (he's working nights so he was still in bed) and took a short nap with him, then he woke up wanting dinner. So we went for hibachi, and so that's all I are all day. Still not hungry either. I didn't over eat at hibachi either, I had like 1/4 of the soup (if that) and probably a half a cup of steamed rice (though I counted it as 3/4 cup, in case I under estimated) and chicken and filet mignon. OMG so good. SO freaking good. I'm looking forward to the leftovers.

Other than that I have just had a Pepsi throwback. So I've been around 1200 calories today and my goal is usually 1500 or less. So good day for sure! Tomorrow will probably be another light-ish day since I'm doing a work thing for a few hours and will probably sip something through it.

Oh! And I have written up my ab workout I did yesterday in my blogger blog. My abs are a little sore right now from doing it yesterday, and I can still walk! LOL So I'd say it is a success, thought it could be a little harder.

We'll see what the scale says tomorrow I'm optimistic.

~Katy

Okay, F*ck RFL! LOL I only had like 1.5 margaritas (granted, they were pretty big) but I got sooooo sick last night. Throwing up and sleeping on the bathroom floor kind of sick. It was just too much sugar and stuff for my system. Lets not even talk about the bloat today. Ugh!

How are you feeling??

*sigh* lesson learned. Back where I started it would seem!

I still have a good 4 weeks before this shoot so I'll get straight and go for what I know; weights, moderate deficit, cardio, and perserverance along with once weekly weigh-ins.

No more back-and-forth.

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and new eating low carb/low sugar I just started this week and I'm down 4.5lbs so far, so I have 26lbs to lose yet. I think that makes me a featherweight?

OH NO! I'm so sorry you got sick! I did just fine, but I ate like crap all day which probably helped (helped!? LOL). I've had 2 full days completely off RFL now, day 1 I was reasonable, but yesterday I was not reasonable! It was ugly. I definitely did the typical coming-off-a-restrictive-diet binge, lame. Back to normal today, counting cals like I usually do and staying in a reasonable calorie range. Like you, just normal, no more back and forth. Back to weight training, cardio, decent deficit, and nothing dramatic. I'm definitely bloated though. SO gross!

HUGS JossFit, LockItUp, I'm glad you guys survived RFL h-e-double hockey sticks and are with us today.

I've been on the "SUPER STRESSED AT WORK" diet (getting <500 calories prior to 6 PM and carb-y big dinners at night) and I weighed in this morning at 122.4 pounds. I have been pooping like crazy yesterday and today and I'm dehydrated/weighed in after the gym but STILL, this is the LIGHTEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE OMG GUYS. Good timing because I am going to NYC in a few to see a show and meet up with pixellate, who is like 25 lbs lighter than I am.

masterptr Nice mileage as always! It's finally beautiful weather here in upstate NY.

TurboMammoth I don't run outside if it's raining. Your dedication is admirable! I hope you find something fun to do this weekend!

ChickieChicks Woot woot 124.0, go you! Wishing you the best for the busy weekend ahead!

mottainai I don't have any wise words for you re: insomnia but I hope you're doing better! As for feeling complacent at your weight, I would say there's nothing wrong with being satisfied with yourself and taking a break from dieting as long as you keep binge eating under control...

kakers Not eating at hibachi? Are you a superhero?!??!

master : great job on the 10 miles!

Joss and LockitUp : did you call each other to have a booze night at the same time? LOL I'm glad for you (and for your health!) that you are off the RFL plan... that was getting scary, we like you alive better than without any fat at all!

Chickie : yay on the 124! Good job on working out while the kids are doing their stuff!

kakers : FILET MIGNONNNN. If I wasn't so unemployed and so broke, I'd eat that right now. They are usually a good deal at Costco.. Good luck on the scale!

Mom23 : Welcome!!

krampus : 122.4!!!! ROCK ON! Are you aiming to lose much more? And for the running in the rain, I don't have much choice, I don,t have a gym membership to run on a threadmill... I have to go and get wet. I kinda feel like a warrior when I do so and I allow myself to judge the people walking under their umbrellas bwahahaha

***

hey feathers!

No drinking to report on my side! ... oh, well, yes. The boyfriend and I had about the 2/3 of a white wine bottle with our smoked salmon leek blue cheese pasta.

I am at 136.4 this morning, but pooping never came yesterday, plus I had a heavy carb loaded meal last night (pasta mentionned above + a parmesan and garlic pull apart homemade bread. THIS STUFF is seriously one of the best this I ever cook) We had to make a deal of ''Okay, one last part and we are putting it away... deal? ... okay just ONE other last part''

I went for a run this morning so I can take my day off tomorrow with all the rain forecast coming our way. The race is in 8 DAYYYS jeeze. So not ready. But today the program was letting me run NINE MINUTES in a row without stopping. I was blah though, I was overdressed, I was too hot and was running way to fast. Anyways. It's done!

I'm off to do my abs workout for the day while the boyfriend is killing aliens on playstation. So much fun listening to him describing everything while I sweat my life away on crunch LOL. Have a great weekend feathers!
