Very motivating to see that everyone has been very active!

I am still struggling with this cold :mad: It has moved into my chest so it's making exercise difficult. I took yesterday off, but I did my cardio workout early this morning. I did 41 minutes on my Stairmaster and finished up with some ab exercises. This afternoon I am going to do disc 29 of STS, (legs), that I was supposed to do yesterday.

AWESOME WORK GIRLS!!! you all are amazing!! way to go on pushing it!!

today as my last chance workout!!! i wanted to get in 3 workouts, but only did 2.

LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!!!
Bike riding outside- 3.2 miles (33 minutes) (total calories burned - 175 calories (included from walking whilst grocery shopping)

c25k week 1 day 2. total distance covered - 2.4 miles, total time (including extra walking) - 36 minutes. 170 calories burned.

I usually don't exercise on Sunday's but since I am having a heavy dinner tonight I told Dude I'll need the living room for an hour tomorrow (GYM's Closed on Sundays) to get my last chance workout in too!:carrot:
