Hey girls ! Everyone is doing GREAT so far this month :cheer:
So today I did a 3 mile walk at home (did mile 1 twice) Although just a quick rant.... My friend just said today that she has lost 16 pounds so far. We both started working out at around the same time and she's always weighed less than me. She said she stopped working out over a month ago (she only did the slim in 6 video for about 6 weeks) and over the last 2 weeks she has been ordering pizza almost 3 times a week ! So I'm wondering if she's totally lying ???? I guess I just don't get it because she should be losing at a slower pace since she's only 165. but I've lost 9lbs. so far, So her 16lbs seems like a lie... I'm fine with my 9lbs lost so far that's why it doesn't seem right when she has stopped working out, ordering pizza but yet she lost 16lbs ? Sorry for the babbling rant I just feel a little set back. |
