:D I keep telling myself that one day, I'll be able to do a regular pull up without any support. I'm glad you are doing it. I'm doing it too. I use a chair right now for doing wide grip/regular pull ups. Plus, I can't reach the damn bar without the chair anyway :lol:. Awesome job on staying OP!

September 18 Plan:
W2D2 of C25K or W1D2 (still undecided about whether or not to start again from W1)
15 minutes of resistance work
20 minutes of yoga

morning everyone :sunny:

I came to work WAY early today (6 AM). Nothing beats getting home early on a Friday :)

Yesterday - Ab Ripper X and 4.4 mi run - completed
Today - Weight Training and HIIT 20 mins

Happy exercising everyone!! Don't give up. Keep moving!! :D
