Finished my workout for today: 43 mins on my Stairmaster + 8 min ab workout.

Way to go with your exercise today - Ez, Wschick, Pintobean, Milliek :bravo:

Today: 30 min treadmill - 2 9 minute miles! Then, power walked --> jogged. Ugh, I really wanted to all three @ 9 but whatever...eventually. Then, elliptical 20 min. Then, 5 bike. Then 3 minutes @ 7.2mph!! treadmill...

This is seriously happening. 8minute mile, here I come. ;)

Fall is definitely here. It is getting chilly early in the morning brrr

Yesterday - Ab Ripper X and Treadmill - completed
Today - Weight Training

Another small success (I'll take it . . .)
 
I could only do about five minutes of my Core Rhythms before I got a pain in my side so I stopped it and switched over to the Wii Fit. Balance and Yoga and unlocked a new move. Finally starting to do better keeping my body correctly aligned to get the balance exercises done in the right zone.

Tomorrow - Body Vive class at 9:30!:carrot:

Hope you guys don't get sick of me posting but I'm going to post every day because I'm going to move my body everyday and I wanna tell y'all about it!

One 16 minute mile on the elliptical (which may seem slow, but it's pretty good for me!), 10 minutes on the treadmill, and weights.
