Sept 15 - Cathe Friedrich's Low Impact Circuit Workout = 48 mins. I did the cardio blast premix. I added on some floor exercises, (10 mins), for my legs from a STS dvd. I have a cold right now so it wasn't the best workout but I am glad that I pushed through and finished it.

Morning girls :rain:

Yesterday - Ab Ripper X and 4.4 miles run outside - completed - and, I didn't die :D

Today - weight training and walk @ work. I've been slacking on Walking at work.

petfresh, hope you feel better soon. Injuries, suck!!

9-14: 20 mins on the stationary bike ~I thought I wasn't going to make it!~
9-15: 30 mins TBL Power Sculpt DVD (includes 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool down)

Hi everyone, alright so I'm hoping that if I write it, I'll do it:
Plan for the Day:
Re-start C25K: About a 3weeks to a month ago, I was midway through W3 but I think I'll start again from W2D1 or W1D3 and see how that goes.
Clean living area: This is exercise right? and also will serve the purpose of me being able to do floor exercises again as well as combat dust allergies.
30 mins of yoga before bed: If I do the above two, I'll be fine if I don't get to do this. But I'd really like to, so I'm going to.

I'll update later on whether I was on plan.
