Great job everyone!

I've been sick for the past two days, so getting out of bed is hard right now, but it's so motivating to see all the great work you all are doing. I'll be back at it by Saturday, so I can still meet by 4x a week goal.

I decided to take yesterday as my rest day as I just wasn't feeling that great. I'm not sick I just felt very blah, (is that even a word, lol), the whole day. Probably, because it's that TOM. I am going to start my cardio and ab workout in a few minutes so I can get it over with for the day.
