:cheer2: Awesome workouts Echo, Roni, Onderchic, Ez, Pinto :cheer3:

Today I did 20 minutes on the Stairmaster and then Chest & Back from STS. I didn't lift the weight I was supposed to lift, (went a lot lighter), as I didn't want to aggravate my forearm. It felt pretty good, so I think as long as I skip bicep exercises I'll be ok... :crossed:

Pinto, thank you for the great advice :) As soon as I log off I am going to ice my arm.

Have a great day everyone!

Excellent Narnia :cheer:

Great job everyone!
I also injured myself today. I am the world's biggest klutz!! I had just gotten to work and my boss was in the parking lot. She wanted to talk to me about something I was already nervous about so we started walking and talking. I was looking at her and didn't see the HUGE CEMENT thing we have in the parking lot that has always been there! It is higher than my knee and huge-- I went up and over it! She tried to catch me but I went down and all of my armfuls of stuff went flying. I was so embarrassed. I thought I wasn't badly injured at first but the inside of my leg (muscle) is really hurting so I think I must have pulled it. I really want to go to spin class tonight. I think I will try but leave if it hurts too much. Bummer!!

Onederchic 09-23-2009 06:39 PM

Awesome Angela :cheer3::cheer:

Michele - Don't hurt yourself more. Take it easy until you feel better :hug:

I went ahead and went to spin class. It didn't hurt too much during class but it's back to hurting again. Hopefully it will feel better tomorrow.

Today was a really good scale day. <whispering so as not to jinx it: I saw 234.2> I'm not going to own it yet though because when I have bad scale days mid-week I don't count them, so I'm not counting this one yet even though I'm dying to, though I'm super excited cos I was so disappointed last week. If the scale is right, then this is my lightest weight since 2004.

Thanks Narnia, I read good reviews about the Firm, I'll look into those.

Well done all! Looking good Onederchic!!

Morning everyone :rain:

Yesterday - weight training - completed
Today - Ab Ripper X and Treadmill

Narnia, hope you're feeling little better today. My advice would be to take it easy for few days. You want to keep the inflammation down in case you hurt your tendons. Ice and Ibuprofen for few days.

Michele, hope your leg is feeling better.

Michelle, I saw the picture last night. You look amazing! Way to go!! What a transformation.

It is very inspiring to see all of you working so hard to maintain regular life and still finding time to workout. Thank you for all the inspiration and encouragement. Keep up the hard work!! Have a wonderful day.

Onederchic 09-24-2009 09:51 AM

Awesome everyone!! :cheer2::cheer::cheer3:

I forgot to post this but yesterday I did 90 minutes cardio and full body w/s. My plans today are 90 minutes cardio.

Onederchic 09-24-2009 02:18 PM
