September 21: 35 minutes of power yoga
September 22: W2D1 again (it wasn't at all as bad as last week and I could probably go to W3 but I'm just going to to the W2 again to build confidence)

@ Onderchic: as always you're awesome and such an encouragement and inspiration. About the Billy Blanks, do you like it? Is it as intense as the 30DS? Which would you say was your fave go-to out of the ones you suggested.

@ Narnia99: Sorry about your arm! Thanks so much for the website recommendation. It's awesome. I can see that site making me a fitness dvd junkie (I've already ordered a couple). I'm looking for something that isn't too monotonous (e.g. I love Leslie Sansone but after a couple of weeks of one dvd, she drives me batty) and that doesn't have complex choreography because I'm incredibly uncoordinated. I wouldn't mind some circuit training though. What are your faves in the categories you listed i.e. circuit type, aerobic and strength?

Also if anyone does yoga and/or pilates at home, do you have any dvd recommendations.

Everyone who's injured, I hope feel better soon. Hugs!

Billy Blanks is kinda intense to me. The ones I use most often these days are the 30DS and TBL videos.

Nice work everyone!! :cheer3::cheer:

Thanks everyone regarding my arm.
Today, I did a step workout and some ab work.

toastedsmoke, you are welcome :) My favourite workouts in every category are instructed by Cathe Friedrich. She has great premixes on all of her newer dvds so you really get your money's worth. Her step workouts are pretty complex choreography wise though. She has a lot of good weight workouts, both for strength and endurance. Have you tried any of The Firm workouts? I don't have many of the newer ones, but the older ones I really liked.

onderchic, you look great!! You should be so proud of yourself!

:cheer2: Awesome workouts Roni, Echo, toastedsmoke, Emily, Britt :cheer3:

Morning girls :sunny:

Yesterday - Ab Ripper X and Treadmill - completed
Today - Weight training and 20 min HIIT

Narnia, sorry about your arm. Injuries suck big time!! Hope you feel better soon. Ice it! And ibuprofen to bring any inflammation down. Give your arm few days rest as you don't want to make it worse. Speaking from personal experience here.

Michelle, I'll have to take a look at your pics from home. It's blocked here at work :(. I notice you're in the 180s now. Amazing!!

All of you are doing such a wonderful job. Really, it is very inspiring!! Keep up the hard work.

Onederchic 09-23-2009 10:29 AM

Nice work, pintobean!!! And thanks too :D
