hey gang - i've noticed that i'm pretty much the only one recording my exercise on this thread, so i'm just gonna post my exercise on the Walk Away the Pounds Daily Check In for whatever month we are in.

This month's link is at:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/show...=124110&page=4

I really don't have time to post it on two threads, and I'm pretty much just talking to myself here anyway. If you want to join me - please come find me on the other thread. Would love for you to join us.

hugs,
Cathy

October miles = 5
2007 miles = 128

Treadmill 40 minutes (WINDY outside!) and can I use a total of 13 hours of Spring cleaning over the last 3 days? Includes 1000 trips up and down basement stairs, and 500 trips up and down attic stairs(9 of them). Carrying and dragging VERY heavy stuff, because dh's back is hurt?

Good news is--I donated 11 boxes and 3 big garbage bags of stuff to dniece's crew team's rummage sale, AND have so much stuff (for trash pick-up) in the garage I can't walk in it? It feels GOOD. And it FELT like exercise, I assure you.

Walked 2 miles yesterday, and I think I'm going to lift weights today. Takes about 40 minutes for me to go through all of the 'muscle groups'. LOL!

Going to weigh on Mondays I think. It MAY keep me honest on the weekends. Who knows?
