Gonna start with my challenges tomorrow (too late today) and i'm not a creative person, so i'm copying some of the challenges.
1. No eating after 10pm (level 2, 2 pauses)
2. No alcohol (level 2, 2 pauses)
3. Walk, or ride the bike, at least 2 miles daily at the boardwalk. (level 3, 3 pauses)
4. Take the stairs instead of the lift to my 3rd floor apartment at least twice a day (up and down). (level 2, 2 pauses)
Well, guess that's it for now. Am i doing this right? lol
Ok, going back to day 1 with both, lol. I stayed with my plan calorie wise... but I've thrown in some tator tots, lol.

I am repeating my water and food diary diet to make sure I keep it going.
My looking best challenge is because I have gotten lazy about my appearance. I went to Walmart a couple of nights ago, and my daughter let me know I had the biggest mess on my shirt where I had eaten and spilled something. It was embarrassing. So it's going to be a new rule for me to check the mirror before leaving. And I need to learn you can look good even when you are overweight and instill some self pride in myself before I get to goal weight.

I'm back! Ready for my third 21 Day Challenge! This time I'm going to have one challenge that I have to stick too. That is:
- Bring my own packed lunch to college each day, don't buy ANY junk snacks.
I'm also not giving myself any pause days for this challenge and since I'm in college Monday - Friday, I will only count Monday - Friday since that makes more sense. I'll start next Monday, the 1st of October.
