- Exercise as planned. For the reminder of July, at least 30 - 35 minutes a day. August, at least 40 - 60 minutes a day.(Level 1, 1 pause remaining)
- Drink between 2 and 2.5litres each day. (Level 2, 2 pauses remaining)
- No junk food. (Level 3, 2 pauses remaining)

Hi everyone! I joined this challenge on monday adn I only posted I believe for two days. However I am back and glad to say that I've managed to keep my challenge. I have not had any bread, cookies or tortillas!!And I've drinked more than the 2.5 lts daily. Hooray for me!!
Everyone else keep up the good work we can all complete our challenges!
