Log everything I eat in MyFitnessPal. (Level 3, 3 pauses allowed) Day 14, 1 pauses remaining.
Day 12 and 13 complete. I'm on Day 14.

Hey guys. I think this is a really cool idea.
Goal 1: be active for at least 30 minutes a day. level 1
Goal 2: eat between 1200-1800 calories a day. level 2
Goal 3: drink 64oz of water or more a day. level 1

Great idea! I am in.
Goal 1 (Level 1 w/1 pause day): Remain binge-free (I know when the flip is switched between over-eating and a binge. For this challenge, I am not including over-eating, just bingeing)
Goal 2 (Leve 2 w/2 pause days): Keep calorie count at or below 1500.
Day 0 = November 15, 2012
