On Thursday, I did over-eat on snacks just because I had sudden cravings for them. Oh well. I did better and stayed on plan yesterday and hopefully will again today.

WooHoo 11 days on my water challenge. At this point I won't refuse to drink it cause I'm on a roll.
My challenge consists of eating perfectly on plan for 21 days. ( Im not strong enough to trust myself with a pause day.. it's a gate way to a downward spiral for me this early in the game!)
I must also exercise 3 days a week.
Side note: I am just coming back to this site after a LONG hiatus! Lost 75 pounds here a few years back.. then with a divorce and a having a baby.. I gained every pound.. PLUS some back! BOOO.... On my way back to the good life! No back tracking this time!!!

Yay! I'm done with these first 21 days. Now for the next amazing 21 days!
My new challenges are:
1. No eating after 9:00 PM. I want to keep this in my challenges to keep me from late-night snacking. (Level 1, 1 pause remaining)
2. No deep fried food. (Level 2, 2 pauses remaining)
3. Eat ONLY home-cooked meals. (Level 3, 3 pauses remaining)
Ladybug, well done on finishing your challenge. One thing I have noticed is you have kept the eating after 9pm but it's gone from level 3 to level 1! That is great. Good luck with your new challenges.
